The location of this property is right next to the Pisa tower, it will hardly take 2 mins to reach the Pisa tower. The hosts were kind and super nice. The apartment is located on first floor, so easy to carry your luggage. Nothing to dislike

Overall the location was outstanding but the friendliness of the staff pushed it over the top. I already share the location with my travel friends, let’s see if that translates to visits from my friends. The furniture is a bit dated but clean and well serviced. I would have liked if there was a microwave oven in the space. That would make heating up leftovers a little easier to heat up. Also, some ice trays to make some ice in the freezer also would have been nice but now I’m just being nit-picky, we had a great time.

Great host, great location. Place equipped with everything that you can possibly need. Very clean, very comfortable beds. Honestly, this was the best place in Italy I had a pleasure to stay. The host even had a book with place recommendations - where to eat, what to see. You could have ordered breakfast if needed. Like I said - everything you needed was taken care of.

Super location, clean and cute apartment, lovely host, perfect for a family! Especially liked that we could just jump back home after a longer walk and have a tea or a snack. My daughter appreciated it.

We really liked the hospitality of the hosts. The way they thought of everything for the convenience of the guests. The hosts prepared a lot of snacks and drinks of different kinds, as well as sweets. There was tea and coffee, so we could have a snack after arrival. We had only one full day in Italy and it was a rainy day., we were so happy when we found several branded umbrellas in the lobby, so thoughtfully and carefully left by the owners. The children liked the antique furniture and the house, it was unusual for them.Thank you and we have of course already recommended you to our friends, if They will be planning a trip to Pisa.

Exceptional. Just half a minute walk from The Leaning Tower at the end of the piazza, It is run with real care and attention. Loved the vintage furniture, and the overall homely and authentic feel of the place. If you are looking for another Ikea identikit place to stay this isn't for you. Everything you need for a short stay is there, and take the time to read the breakfast menu and order the night before. It is such a lovely start to the day and costs so little for what you get. Also read the little guide folder the owners have put together as the restaurant recommendations are great too. (Not tourist traps but places where we found locals eating). For a cheap and tasty meal go to Novecento Ristorante (Piazza Felice Cavallotti, 56126). It's only 5 minutes walk away. The food is exceptional. If you are knackered after a day of exploring the town and are getting a Deliveroo in, try Ghost Kitchen Pisa. The Pizza is to die for! Nothing. It was perfect.

The location is excellent, not only nearby the Leaning Tower, but also near other attractions and places to eat. The management were very helpful and accommodating given that we arrived late in the evening. Communication was always very quick. The suite was well stocked and equipped, including a microwave, and even a bidet. Highly recommended.

Its prime location is less than 150 meters away from the city's most iconic landmarks, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing. The owner is exceptionally welcoming and always willing to assist, ensuring a pleasant and hassle-free stay. -

Can’t beat the excellent location, right beside the Pisa tower. Modern bathroom. The host is super lovely and left us wonderful welcoming treats. Very spacious! Near a train station. The air conditioner was in the bedroom so the rest of the apt was very warm.

It was excellent! 10 out of 10!. Alessandra was very nice to us, very flexible with the late check-in & late check-out times, helped us booking a taxi over the phone on last day and everything in the B&B was to our satisfaction. The B&B is just a few meters walk from the tower, is in very good conditions, very clean and quiet to have a good rest. Even they have umbrellas for guests at entrance which we borrowed. Definitely, I would recommend to book here. Thank you very much for everything! nothing
