Bathroom configuration needs to be made more usable, which I explained in detail. Do not yell at customers. And please provide GPS Location of parking. Do these 3 very easy things and this B&B will be a 10 rating. Very easy fixes.

The hosts are so friendly and kind. They were very helpful in getting us a taxi when we needed it and non-touristy dining options. The location is extremely convenient and the room was large allowing the three of us plenty of room.

Beautifully maintained facility. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The B&B is only 5 minutes walk to the Tower of Pisa and Cathedral. Very comfortable and clean. Great location.

The room we stayed in was large, and the property had a nice little garden in the back. Location was great, right in the heart of Pisa.

Bed was comfy, room was large and very clean with a extra chair, flat screen TV and desk area, nice little garden in the back with lemon trees, very friendly and kind front desk and breakfast employees. Breakfast selection was fine and there was enough to satisfy most people. Free toiletries. When I got there I had problems with the WiFi connecting, but the system was rebooted by the person at the front desk and after that it worked just fine. They were speedy in fixing it. The location is just steps away from The Field of Miracles. Lots of restaurants in the area. There could have been a shelf in the shower. I had to put shampoo and body wash on the floor. Other than this, it was fine.

Parking was available but the area is difficult because of zoning.

The room was very clean and light. The woman who checked us in (I believe her name was Sonia) was so welcoming and gave us a map and told us places to check out. The breakfast looked amazing, but we had to hustle out early and couldn't have any. The check in/out process was very easy. This was a great location. No real complaints. With all hotels, I always wish the towels were bigger, but that doesn't impact everyone. Minimal complaint, but has impact for anyone who is above average size.

Location is outstanding. The hotel is sweet and well cared for. There's a lovely garden out back. Staff are very nice and helpful. I was able to easily self check-in due to a late arrival. All good!

Very nice B&B, with super helpful stuff

What a great place! The room was big and very quiet. The location is perfect because it is just two-minute walk from Pisa tower, there is plenty of restaurants nearby, yet it is still very quiet. The only noise coming to the garden room came from the breakfast, which is next door. So if you want to sleep late, avoid ground floor garden-facing room. The staff were super friendly and helpful. We liked the breakfast too. Special points for providing decaf coffee to our room. Highly recommended!

It was centrally located. It was quite comfortable. We had plenty of room. We were able to store our luggages after arriving early. The breakfast was delicious. The even helped us reserve 2 taxis on the way back to the station.

Breakfast was good, coffee is fantastic. Sonya and Olesandta were vey helpful. It’s very good location, and silent in the moment. Pisa tour just 7 min walk.

The bed and shower were exceptional! The location could not be beat! Close to everything!

Lovely little apartment within a few minutes walk of the leaning tower of Pisa. It's on the doorstep of a little plaza with cafe's, restaurants and sandwich shops but without being loud or overbearing. We loved our stay here and had everything we needed. The coffee maker, kettle, tea and water were a lovely touch to make us feel comfortable. Check in and out were easy even though we arrived very late at night.
