Clean, view Pisa from window and room is ultra luxury.

No staff there at checkout. Couldn't be found.

Location is world class. Room was comfortable and spacious enough. Nothing really. You might consider a couple of small bistro chairs in the terrace.

Excellent reception and location we sat on the balcony overlooking the Tower of Pisa the evening of our stay. It was magical. The. room was very clean and comfortable, with a small refrigerator which had two bottles of water and two cokes inside. Coffee and wine bottle opener were in the room as well. The staff were friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay again the next time we are in Pisa. I highly recommend staying at this property. Everything was great. There were no negative aspects of our stay.

Absolutely amazing view from the window. Staff, facilities are all perfect. Unforgettable experience in my life. It’s a little bit expensive than a normal hotel. But considering it fantastic location, I would say if you can afford and the room is available, go for it. You will love it

We had the most AMAZING room. The hotel is located directly on the square only one minute from the base of the Pisa tower. Our room had the only balcony on the entire square making us feel like rockstars. The room was beautifully converted with modern amenities yet still kept its original barrel ceilings and charm. A cute little sitting area for guests and a little backyard oasis completed this stay. Food drinks and entertainment are just steps away but once the doors to our balcony closed we couldn’t hear a peep. The elevator is very slow so walking up and down the stairs is much more practical. With bags though it was a bit of an effort.

A very compact hotel, but amazingly situated -- step out and you are facing the tower! And our room looked directly on the tower, as advertised. Sufficiently far from the crowds that one wasn't disturbed by noise or activity outside. At night it was just us and the tower, no people around in the view. The room and furnishings were modern and unadorned but good, comfortable. No breakfast, but that was not a problem, lots of eating nearby. Staff was helpful.

Location, view of tower, size and comfort of room was great! The staff could have been a little more friendly. They were fine, but did not feel overly welcomed.
