Clean, comfortable and location. Had to ask for hot water. Never could find staff when you needed them and no warning that the front doors get locked at a certain time in the evening.

Does not have heat

Staff was very friendly and helpful. It's located right in the middle of the main square. Decent internet. Quiet at night There's a shower schedule. The water pressure was good, but the shower was warm at best. Relatively speaking, it was better than most. The room opens to the hallway, and in the morning you can hear everything. It's like they were talking in my room. The breakfast was included, but there wasn't much of it: a toast and a fruit bowl. If you want an egg, it's extra.

Great location, good breakfast. we liked it

Maybe if you need a good sleep and isolation after long journey it will be ok. But if you want to enjoy the vibes of Pisac it is not right place. You can not see the nature there. It just walls. All windows look inside the corridor. Although they have nice terrace where we practiced yoga. I am grateful for that. No windows to outside, no fresh air. And some people in my group was not able to stay in this hotel. They moved to other place. And they didn't do refund.

excellent breakfast with magnificent view from the roof top nothing

Excellent location and service. Breakfast on the rooftop was amazing! No room for luggage in the room.

The staff were lovely, friendly, and super helpful. The hotel is immaculate, with a fabulous roof terrace overlooking the plaza and surrounded by the magnificent mountains. Loved everything about it! All great, but in both rooms I stayed in, hot and cold were mixed up in the shower, so I'd suggest setting to cold first before complaining of lack of hot water.

Location is great and the staff is very nice. Rooftop terrace is great! The room is small, no place to put clothes or luggage. Window to the corridor.

Frank and his beautiful colleague were just the best people I have met on my 4 mnths of travelling. I caught a stomach bug whilst there and they helped arrange a nurse to visit me and brought me warm water and snacks. Medication was paid for until I was well enough to withdraw funds. They made a special breakfast for me and helped with translation and anything I needed. I left with smiles and hugs. Fantastic people. Good friends indeed. Thank you.x Excellent location.

I loved the location. The best! The breakfast was not my favorite. I didn’t love that my room window was to the hall way.
-
Great roof top space and views. Has an elevator. Descriptions are not accurate they charge a price out of thin air for two rooms that are exact. The claim one had a terrace and it didn't it's the walk way Infront of all the rooms. Their sensor lights go off all night every 47 seconds when spoke to staff about the errors about no sleep with the light issue they didn't care didn't even apologize would not move my room or anything will never stay again worse treatment of guests I have had in all my stays in Peru

The staff is very friendly and willing to help. The beds are very comfortable and the WiFi works well.

The interior of the hotel was a bit gloomy and our room had no view. Breakfast was a bit disappointing - the typical bread, jam and fruit but no eggs.
-

The location is right on the main square. The roof-top deck is beautiful. After a day of hiking and sweating we were looking forward to taking a shower in the evening. We were disappointed that hot water is only available between 7am and 11am. Breakfast starts at 8am (as it does in the entire town) so it's not possible to get an early start. Breakfast is not a buffet, but full service. However, our hosts were distracted and we never were offered eggs or juice. We had to ask for coffee several times. The coffee was not fresh, but reheated. The rooms open onto a central interior multi-story courtyard. Unfortunately with tile floors and hard surfaces that means sound resonates and the noise permeates into the room. It also means that the room is hot, with no fan and not much ventilation. The bathroom is small with a poor layout.
