It is very clean, excellent located and staff very friendly and helpful A little bit cold, so extra blanket would be nice. A little noisy because of the door slamming at the hall, specially early in the morning.

It was a nice place to stay

Very clean, good bed and bedding. Flexible service. The sound of doorbell is heard to room. It is a bit disturbing if late in the evening.

Amazing view of the mountains. We loved having breakfast in our balcony facing the mountains They were so nice although I would like the receptionist to be a little bit more happy welcoming ppl. It’s always nice to receive an smile :)

Very clean room and with proper shower with good amount of hot water. Good bedlinen and bed. Kind and discreet staff. Apartment has kitchen with microwave, stove, fridge etc., but no cutlery nor glasses, plates or kettles. So, we couldn’t cook anything.

Good room with balcony , really nice staff. Ants in bedroom.

Location 1. They charged us 10% higher than fair exchange rate for dollars 2. They advertise hot water but they don't have it. I lived years in the Sacred Valley with their heating system, their solar panels are adequate for 1-2 people, not an entire hotel. No wonder there is no hot water 3. They lied about having a "technico" come in to fix the hot water, saying that our room was blocked and they had fixed it. Still had no hot water. Nobody came. 4. You have to knock on the front door to get into your own hotel room. And pray that somebody hears you. We waited several times. 5. They advertise "soundproof" rooms on Booking. You can hear a pen drop on floor 1 while you are in your room on second floor. You can hear normal chatter. Tv with low volume of any neighbor. 6. Breakfast is hardly a snack.

OK FOR SHORT STAY

poor breakfast. small egg, old bread and butter. worst breakfast I had the whole trip. Would not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel. Had a bad 3 nights and actually decided to go back to Cusco one day earlier and not to stay the extra 4th night I paid for. unless I were with my older mother, I would definitely move to a different location. The breakfast was poor with only one egg, butter and a piece of bread. The women at the desk did the absolute minimum to help us. But the “highlight” was when one evening we came back to the hotel after a long day trip and all the lights were off. We called and knocked for half an hour and even had to involve the neighbors next door to help us! At the end, after half an hour in the cold with my old mother, the lady opened the door, saying she didn’t hear anything (!?!) and that there is an electrical problem that has been going on for TWO HOURS. During that time she didn’t even think to light a candle and check if someone is at the door, waiting for it to be opened. We were so angry and disappointed. Also, there was no hot water, candy wraps in the night stand for who knows how long… make yourself a favor, pay more and avoid this shitty place.

Walking distance to center.

The location is convenient. The breakfast is okay, the beds were comfortable and clean, and the shower had great water pressure and was consistently hot. The front door locks and often staff were not always available to open it during regular daytime hours. Also, the main light in my room was a blue LED light, which was difficult to use at night.

The rooms were comfortable and the TV and internet worked well. It was clean and very quiet. The lobby area was cold and unwelcoming. The breakfast could use improvement.

Mostly clean, good location. Only half the hotel enjoys hot water, the rest is just warm. The stuff are not very welcoming, feels like they do you a favor when you ask for help or advice.

A few blocks from the main square. Quiet location. We had a 3rd floor balcony room which let in good light and fresh air. Clean room and dining area Our shower had a leak - a bit of a fountain of water from the shower pad leading to a puddle of water in the bathroom. There was a drain in the floor and the water eventually drained. Building was echoey - a child playing on the first floor will be heard on the third. Breakfast was not consistent. Last day was sparse with eggs, yogurt, bread, butter. Other days jam and fresh juice as well as cereal was offered. Fruit offerings would improve breakfast

Hot water only worked between 6 PM to 10:30 PM, nobody told us that we had to ask it Tried to extend the stay during the weekend were told no one was at reception Was no hand soap in the toilet Room wasn't exactly like the photos had a table for 2 people instead of 3 and no equipment in the kitchen Also the fine for losing the key to the room is 250 soles which is more than we paid for 2 nights ( didn't lose it but the fine is ridiculous )

We stayed at Hotel Pisonay in Pisac for what was supposed to be four nights, but we had to leave early after two nights due to multiple issues that made our stay very difficult. We’re sharing this review not to attack anyone, but to inform future guests and hopefully encourage improvements. The Pros: The location is very central, close to the market and main plaza. The building has a nice view from the third floor balcony. We truly wanted to love this place. It has potential and is located in a beautiful part of Pisac. But based on our experience, the facilities and atmosphere didn’t match what was advertised. We hope our feedback encourages the hotel to make improvements — especially in terms of soundproofing, guest comfort, and clear communication. If you are a light sleeper, sensitive to noise, or need hot water, please ask specific questions before booking to ensure your needs are met. 1. No Hot Water: There was no hot water during our entire stay. It wasn't just our room—other guests were also talking about it. We understand that problems happen, but there was no communication or solution offered. One freezing cold shower was all I could manage, and I felt sick afterward. 2. Noise Levels and Misleading Description: The hotel advertises soundproof rooms, which is why we booked. Unfortunately, our experience was very different. We could hear every conversation, doorbell ring, door slam, and hallway sound. At night, it was especially hard to sleep due to loud activity in other rooms — including parties, explicit noises, and even shouting. The noise echoed throughout the building. One night there was a disturbance outside and police were called. It didn’t feel like a safe or peaceful place to rest. 3. Disturbing Breakfast Experience: While having breakfast in the common area, there were very audible noises coming from nearby rooms that were extremely inappropriate for a shared guest space. It created a really uncomfortable atmosphere for both of us and made us feel uneasy about staying longer. 4. Shower Leak and Water Issues: In addition to no hot water, our shower sprayed water all over the bathroom, soaking the floor. We had to use our towels to dry it just to avoid slipping. 5. Lack of Communication or Resolution: We attempted to reach out to management privately and respectfully to explain what happened and request a partial refund for the nights we didn't stay. Unfortunately, we never received a response of any kind.
