Floor was very dirty. Made our white socks black. Problem with ants in the room. Air conditioning didn’t work. Liked the proximity to the beach.

Love the location of this small hotel in She’ll Beach! The rooms are clean, hotel is quiet, pool is a great amenity, and the location is great near Pismo Beach, Avila Beach and San Luis Obispo!

The staff were very polite. The room was clean and well decorated, you can tell they put a lot of thought in putting the room together. We like to walk, so it is within walking distance to the ocean, places to eat and convenience store. It is right next to the street, even though that street is not very busy during the night, the freeway is so close we could hear the traffic all night and the room door has a gap that doesn't help keep out the noise. Also the fridge was very loud and right next to the head of the bed. I've stayed here before and I didn't notice anything wrong with the sheets, but this time they looked dingy and slept-in, which grossed me out:( A personal negative is that I can't see or hear the ocean.

The check in was very easy. No contact check in and clear communication and instructions on how to get keys. The property was very cute. All the propane tanks were empty in the pool area.
