Staff were excellent; A 15 minute walk to Chichen Itza; Generous, delicious breakfast; Spacious clean, cool room. Right next door to OXXO convenience store. The in-house restaurant was not available for dinner and the eating options in Piste town were very limited.

There are a few things that can be done to make this place better. 1) Get new beds 2) Get new pillows 3) Don't leave bloody pillows in the storage tv cabinet 4) Get rid of metal headboard

very well located - 5 min to CI by car, next to supermarket and a short walk to lots of restaurants. nice pool area and garden - didn’t use but looked nice had gorgeous little puppies! rooms quite old - not great lighting and the mattresses not the most comfy. bedcovers could do with renewal quite noisy

Friendly welcome when we arrived and help with suitcases. Our room was at the back so fairly quiet. Room adequate for a one night stay. Great location for visiting Chicken Itza. Very slow breakfast service so leave plenty of time if you want an early start. It isn't a buffet so you will have to wait to be served a fairly average breakfast. Allow at least 45 minutes.

It's 5 minutes away from Chichen Itza, that's very convenient. The restaurant staff was very kind. They offered to get us a private guide. He was really good. Beds and pillows are extremely uncomfortable. Only two pillows on the king bed, but we managed to get more for the second night. Dark room and bathroom.

The common areas of the hotel are nice, as was the pool. The breakfast was very nice although only two of the five of us partook as was dinner in restaurant. Staff was friendly. The room and bathroom were clean, but the shower/tub was falling apart. I wish the windows locked because I didn't feel safe at property or in the town. We ended up eating at the restaurant which had good food. We were originally supposed to stay two nights but I checked out after one. They didn't provide bottled water.

Beautiful colonial style hotel, quiet and with garden and wildlife and a pool. 5 minutes drive from Chichen Itza. Large comfy rooms, good restaurant, great breakfast and amazing staff.

Breakfast is fantastic and included in the price. The noisy music and penetrating drum beats were too loud and lasted too long to 2am in the morning when I stayed that made me sleepless even wtih ear pieces plugged in.
