EVEN Hotel Pittsburgh Downtown by IHG

I have no complaints on the hotel it was great I felt safe and everyone was super friendly

Our stay got off to a fantastic start when a very friendly host checked us in a couple of hours early, which was a huge relief after traveling. The location made exploring the city effortless, putting us within walking distance of the ballpark, local restaurants, and Target, with easy bus access to the airport. Inside, the room was peaceful, clean, and smelled great. The bed and pillows provided a great night's sleep, and the large shower was a big plus. We also really appreciated the on-site convenience store, microwave, and ice machine, as well as the tasty and affordable weekend breakfast buffet. While the view was just an empty courtyard, the TV was a bit dated, and a couple of the soft towels had minor stains, these were very minor things in the grand scheme of a wonderful stay. We would definitely consider staying here again given the great price, quality, and location!

Exceptional

Stayed for 2 nights and overall had a great experience. The room was very spacious and updated, the staff was very kind, and the amenities were nice to have, althoigh we definitely underutilized them. Only complaint was that both days, the new towels left for us by housekeeping as part of daily cleaning were dirty (pretty obviously, not just a stray hair or something), but the front desk staff gave us new ones and solved the problem

Room was clean, modern and comfortable. Good location- near various food and coffee locations but a lot of things do close early. If you love an exercise session in your room, there is yoga and strength training equipment available for use in your room. The only complaints about the property and so minor but I will mention so you know- the rooms are all on one giant floor with a few different twists and turns so if your room is on the other side, it does take a hot second to get there. Also, they do offer daily housekeeping, you just have to call every day and request it. We only ate one meal at the property and got the flatbread pizzas. They were ok but did take a while to get out to go order. Overall though, I would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again.

Great location, great room selection, and the in and out parking amenity was fantastic, and even had an EV charging station

Room and hotel were great, but the surrounding areas were not. Heard screaming/yelling from outside most nights! But the hotel staff are helpful and kind, rooms were clean and hotel itself felt very safe.

The staff was amazing and very helpful!

Ice machine was not working on our fifth floor room; fortunately, merely a few extra minutes on elevator to floor six for ice.
