Everything was okay except the valet parking. I didn’t even know that there was valet parking . It cost me so much just for overnight.

Room wasn’t ready until 5 o’clock our check in was at 3 o’clock. No bath towels and the phone didn’t work to talk to the front desk about issues.

The staff was great, very good breakfast...the bed was just a little bit to soft for me.

Very clean hotel. The staff did a nice job taking care of us. The area was not what I expected. We were there on a weekday and the downtown scene was zero.

Other than the small luggage carts and the confusing way that Google maps had us pulling up in an alley on the side of the building, this place was great.

We got there super late due to a fire in the tunnel. Staff was super helpful.

Parking was a little confusing. Well maintained property and clean. Our view was a brick wall with partial view of bridge and river, so that was a little disappointing but only stayed one night so not a big deal. Friendly staff!

Every staff member we encountered were delightful. The place was clean, safe and in a great location. Will stay here again.
