Awesome place

Staff was great, especially Franco at the front desk.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was very good too

Breakfast was overpriced especially when feeding children.

Although the location is dated everything was great. Staff was truly amazing!!!!

They wouldn’t give our money back with 4-5 days notice! That’s called robbery where I come from? Quick to take it! They don’t give it back even when you’re not even going to be in Pittsburgh! Anyway you do you….

Comfortable room right by the concert venue - great stay!

It was very nice that a man had a table set up and offered snacks and drinks while people were in line to check in. It was also very nice that we were given a voucher for free breakfast. The breakfast was very nice.

Location great, staff very friendly & lobby very clean. Our room on 19th floor had to have been a smoking room at some point so that smell just is awful - stale.

Valet parking was a nightmare as not enough workers! We felt bad for them!!! And valet is the only choice if you need to have in & out privileges! Breakfast in the restaurant had good food but only 2 waitresses who were very unhappy as they rudely told guests “there are only two of us”. Beds were very small double beds! Will not stay there again as we return to Pittsburgh for many visits over the next few years!

The room was clean and conveniently located. The patio g fee was high, I thought, and you had to have valet. Valet service was good, I just felt that the price of the room was high to not include or at least, reduce the valet price. The air conditioning wasn’t working properly, and the room was very humid . The creamers were spoiled so in room coffee couldn’t be enjoyed. The boiler went down , so we couldn’t shower the day we left

This Marriott is in a great location getting to sporting events. The staff is very friendly and knowledgable. The rooms were outdated but clean. However, the bathrooms were in desperate need of remodeling. They were very small. It still had a tube (unlike more updated hotels). The ceiling (especially in the shower) was crumbling from humidity. For the price, it was bit of a disappointment.
