All you smell is dog pee and weed when staying here, rooms need upgrade, stuff isn’t working right

As I prepared to check out no one was at the reception desk and I never received a receipt... Thank God I only spent one night. Thoroughly disappointed and disgusted.

I went to check in and was told they didn't have any rooms available even though I had a reservation and confirmation number. I had to find a different hotel at the last minute. The guy working the desk didn't seem to care. Very frustrating!

Very clean and the staff are professional

non-smoking rooms have slight smoke smell. Great for a place to crash and bed is comfortable but make sure you bring soap if you didn't think about that!

The hotel was pet friendly and the hotel isn't getting the proper treatment and my room had fleas which got on me and my family .... disgusting
