Wingate by Wyndham Indianapolis Airport Plainfield

The room and bathroom were old and not very clean. The hotel was not quiet, and the room had poor lighting. The AC system was also outdated and quite noisy.

Room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was tasty and varied.

Great as usual, no issues, clean and comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay in the large suite, with plenty of room to spread out. There is no better place to stay at this price point. It was just 9 minutes to the airport which also gave us peace of mind with our early morning flight. The staff was very helpful with my scheduling error and made us very happy customers.

Clean room and nice breakfast.

Not supposed to have to show credit card for incedentals but wouldn't let me check in without one.

Exelent place

Rooms had stained bedding. Hallways had cracking walls and filthy carpet. Ceiling had random red staining. Ran out of food at breakfast. Housekeeping didnt make beds only gave fresh towels. Rooms weren't ready 3 hours after check in time due to short staffing.

The location is great and the staff was nice. However the room smelled very musty and the bathtub was filthy. The carpet had stains and the pillows were old and uncomfortable.

Seems like the staff did the best they could with what they were given to work with.

King suite: couch looked like it had been dragged from a frat house, curtains half torn off wall, toilet seat busted, large red stains in carpet. Hotel not maintained! Filthy.

Tv didn’t work. Mold on tub. Did not know how to use wi fi. Worried after initial last line that truck would be broken into. And we had no recourse. Check in staff in and out around desk didn’t offer much. Over all b-

After a horrible stay at Super 8 this was a welcome difference in location and amenities,room was clean hotel was clean staff was great and I would definitely recommend the Wingate for sure,and alot of food and shopping options in the area as well.

The shuttle drivers were very nice.

The room was nice but had some obvious wear and tear. The bedding appeared very nice and clean. The carpet and furniture had stains. There was also what appeared to be water damage on the ceiling in the bathroom as the pain was bubbling up with a small hole in the middle. With a little TLC, I think this could continue to be a wonderful hotel!

They seemed pretty under staffed. Breakfast was ok. Our volume on our tv wasn’t working so it stayed pretty low. No one at the front desk to check out with so I just left my room keys in the little deposit box.

The suite we had was not clean. First, the room needed updating. New carpet, paint, caulking, and etc. Needs touch up everywhere in the hotel. In this area you need to be better. Other than that it was fine.
