Punta Cana Princess Adults Only - All Inclusive

The breakfast wasn't to my liking. The power kept going off and the ac in my room didn't work.

Most of the staff were friendly. The rooms are horrible and outdated. Room 5004 was extremely damp and had a musty, moldy smell. The sheets and bed were damp. My clothing smell musty. I'm extremely disappointed.

We were able to be on a ground floor, so no stairs. The property is smaller compared to the mega resorts. The pool water was Clear and Clean. The quality of the food was better than the larger resort we left. Smaller selection but higher quality food and drink choices. I wish it had a night DJ with dance tunes to groove by every night at the beach bar or lobby. I did enjoy the live music. So leaving the live music for some good Reggaeton DJ by the beach till 1pm would have been great for an all adult resort.

Yes the seaweed at beach made the water very dirty and we couldn’t go into it!! The room smelled musty every time we went into our room! The food was just ok.. our housekeeper always forgot to provide fresh towels. They didn’t recognize my princess awards

The pool and beach access were great! The AC was set to 75 degrees Fahrenheit and Didn’t get colder.

I found a cockroach in my room and the world pool tub jets did not work

Mi esposa se intoxicó con la comida del resort y a nadie aparentó importarle o mostrar ayuda con el tema a pesar de que busqué ayuda por toda la facilidad. Tuve que ir a un centro totalmente desconocido y a nuestra merced, sin conocer a nadie por la zona.

Food was horrible, alcohol was bottom shelf crap, cleanliness was horrible, had to request towels shampoo soap multiple times as never left in room, coffee pot didn't work, dirty towels and dishes were never taken from room, horrible service.

The staff is very nice! The only thing I liked about here. The rooms are dirty, don’t use the jacuzzi, they don’t clean it, the food is nasty. the beach has Seaweed everywhere that barely gets removed.

All employers are very nice and helpful. The also are very attentive to all our needs. In special Angel área restaurant, Junior animación, Patricia and Alexander at the guess service , Leticia house keeping, Yoleiza at the bar at the pool. The food service is excellent and everything is very clean. They should have more entertainment or shows.

The pool is nice. The entertainment staff does their best to entertain the guests. The staff are mostly friendly, but they need more training on hospitality, as some are passive aggressive. The room was not ready and we have to wait up to 1 hour to be allowed entrance. At the check-in, zero details of the facilities and procedures have been provided, so we have to go back and ask for a proper onboarding process. The mattress is awful. The sink in the bathroom was gross and dirty. In our last night, there was a cockroach on the bed.

Nothing The rooms are old and outdated. The A/C didn’t work properly, and the room stayed at 82°F. I paid for internet access, but it didn’t work either. The staff was not very helpful.

Almost EVERYTHING!! I loved the ability to go from one resort to the next at ANY time of the day/night. I loved the room, but upon arrival we did notice that we did NOT get the 2 level Honeymoon Suite....we ended up with the paying for a Suite we did not recieve....we didn't say anything BECAUSE the place was Beautiful and the staff were very accommodating....we just wanted to start our vacation :) we will return, but we will make sure we get the room we book.

Road to the hotel

The grounds were beautiful and the staff was really nice and friendly We stayed in building 3. We did not sleep at all due to the noise in this building. It sounded as if carts were rolling down the hallway all day and night. The noise was unbearable. The room was hot, the water pressure was low and cold. This was a nightmare. The bed squeaked with every toss and turned. We had to pay for WiFi and not to mention the room was on the third floor with no elevator. But hey the saying is, you get what you pay for and the mini bar in the room is a joke. We paid for premium spirits and never seen any premium spirits at any bar. I will never stay at this resort again. The flys around the food and bar area was really annoying. We ate twice at the hotel but spent money elsewhere eating.
