Barceló Bávaro Palace - All Inclusive

Customer servicr Waitting 30 minutes in restaurant Hoyo 19 to request my order for breatfast finally have to left do to no one shows up. Spain resturant temperature was very hot, also, the babies show is very poor it is not interaction with the childrens .

Location. Pool. Rooms are old. Requested baby crib they told us 5 times they are brining it only to tell us at 10pm they don’t have one! Which I had to argue with the bad manager 20 minutes! And guess what they found one! Staff don’t speak english and lost of them are rude. Food is okey. No coffee shop other than cigar shop. Place is like shopping mall. Will never come and definitely don’t recommend it.

The family type room was very comfortable, the facilities in the hotel fits all families needs, variety of activities and food for all tastes. The main activites and places are located in all the center which make it easy to find. I think the food quality at the restaurants could be so much better and food or snacks near the beach or pool would be great considering the big size of the facilities.

I didnt like all the food selections and they could be more courteous

This hotel it is not of what ut used to be years ago. Management staff overall us in poor attitude, moving forward it seems to be that human resurces does not exist there. Most if the staff attitude.

My flight was delayed over 36 hours. I lost 2 nights at the hotel. I called the hotel 8 times throughout my delays and was transferred repeatedly and then hung up on each time. When I finally arrived, I was still required to pay the 2 nights and then was told I had to wait as my room was not ready. As much as the staff was working to clear the beaches, our last 2 days you couldn’t even get into the ocean due to the amount of sargassum. The hotel should have taken boat taxis for anyone staying at the hotel to other beaches to swim.

My daughter’s gold bracelet was stolen from the room.
