Food was very good. Poolside activities were a lot of fun and definitely entertaining. There were a handful of staff that were definitely sub par. The app is terrible and what activities that are going on throughout all the included resorts was not clear at all that app only showed the aquamarine activities yet there where multiple other resorts and common areas that had activities but there seemed to be no way to find out what and when these activities where.Due to some upgrading construction (necessary evil) so things were moved around but map, signage, etc. did not show this so where certain things like restaurants actually were, was very confusing.

Great location, friendly staff, food was good, and service was great. Sometimes the AC would cut off at night and it would get hot.

Property was clean There is no elevators. Not easy to walk stairs to third floor with a sick leg

The cleanliness, the staff, the choices for food and drinks. Juan was our favorite at the pool! Liked the adults only area. The rooms were very clean but could use updating. Our bed was fine but some others on our trip didn’t like them. It was also loud at night so you may want ear plugs.

Had to switch rooms couple of times due to bed bugs. Manager on hand was not very friendly, my issue was treated with no priority. Family rooms were split into two different buildings. missed some evening activities due to the slow handling of my concerns. Finally two days remaining into vacation were perfect. I would not be recommending this resort.

Weather was beautiful Room close to loud music. Couldn't sleep all night. Only very hot water in Room. Couldn't take a shower. There was a water leak from outside. I reported it. Nothing was done about it.

I liked the location, food, and personal. The lobby and receiver did not have AC

Excellent customer service

I liked how easy it was to get to the beach, restaurants, and other areas using their carts. The food was mostly good, and most of the staff were really friendly. You get what you pay for. The rooms felt a little out of date, but very clean.

Many things to do! The Japanese restaurant was really hot inside and the food took for ever to be served. The food was okay. The house drink was good.

The staff was fantastic, the food was wonderful. Nightly entertainment, surrounded by other Bahia properties. The beds were the absolute worse. Hard as a rock!

We were not able to use the pool because you allow people to reserve loungers and then they never use them.
