choices in food and location Our room was infested with drain flies! We spent a lot of time trying to kill them. I reported it to management on Tuesday June 2nd, Wednesday June 3rd, and finally on Thursday June 4th.

I like the classic style and the color scheme of the buildings as well the overall design Only a couple of thighs. Ace was cold enough. The from deck missed up my anniversary wedding

nice rooms, all inclusive buffet better than the many restaraunts. Not enough chairs lounges for customers at the beach. Not enough information for sailing and other resort sport amenities. transportation facilities confusing due to lack of personnel available to assist shuttles/rides to restaraunts in the resorts. restaraunts were almost cafeteria like in design...buffet was excellent usually better than reservations at restraraunts.

Breakfast I always look forward to enjoying the choices, plus the chefs are available to prepare a delicious omelette based on your selection. Entertainment I never get bored being at the hotel. Scheduled entertainment at the poolside and nightly entertainment that includes one night of karaoke. Entertainment showcased indigenous characters and dresses in performances. A big plus Guest services Manuel is superb and extraordinary. He goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is comfortable and your needs are met. Thank you Manuel for guiding me during my stay. Room The room was spacious and the bathroom had both a shower and tub. Excellent!!!! Pool and Jacuzzi I felt relaxed in both amenities. Only. I wish the Jacuzzi was a bit warmer. Property Overall I had access to 6 of 7 of the properties. Very hugh but the cart men were there to guide and take you to your destination. Night Club The night club was open each night of the week as another getaway after the nightly entertainment. There was lack of attention on the beach. Some persons were being served more than others. One moment, while one of the sellers were advertising their product, was served drinks by the attendant from the Caico Restaurant. At that point, I was still not offered any drink as the guest

Loved the room's pool, very convenient and the water temperature was much better than the large community pool, which was much too warm. BUT the children from other rooms were very disturbing with yelling and excessive splashing and floatation things. The dinner reservations. This was a last-minute vacation and when we arrived ALL the restaurants were already full for our entire stay. For the price and all-inclusive this was very disappointing.

Nothing I got bit by bed bugs the after the first night we slept there!!! Our room was not clean had sand all over the entire room. Paint spatter all over tub area

Pretty facility. The service was very disappointing. 90% of the staff did not speak English and were very rude. First of all we booked the hotel, and when you book the room apparently you don’t get to see exactly what the room you’ll get looks like. No matter which room you book, the pictures are everywhere the same..the pictures of the whole hotel. I emailed them 15 days prior to my arrival to get a specific time room and I was told it will depend on the availability, not telling me right and there if it is available or not since I had already booked. As you can imagine, it turned into a whole argument when we arrived there, we got lied many nights in a row about this ‘availability’ and we ended up changing our room twice and still not getting what we wanted. Second of all, the food was a 0! We tried every night a different restaurant and each of them was a huge disappointment. Long story short, would not recommend this resort. Don’t get taken advantage of (since the price is pretty high to compared to what they offer)

I booked 5 rooms through Booking.com. Two of the rooms were advertised to have 1 twin bed, 2 King beds, and a sofa bed. When my family and I arrived from traveling for hours; the hotel gave us incorrect rooms and was very unorganized. The room they gave me was 2 full size beds and a daybed futon. When I complained they rolled in a make shift twin bed. The air conditioner was broken, the light on the balcony was broken, the room was not clean. They mixed up mother's room and lost her luggage...smh. The rooms on the 3rd floor need to be updated SERIOUSLY. I spent over $5K for my house to be better than vacation....sad. I will NOT visit this resort again. The best part of the trip was Carmen at the resort indoor bar and one of the waitresses at the buffet. Everyone else was blah....oh and the casino ? the machines all have a minimum bet of $2 so to win any real money on a one cent slot machine you need to play $5-$10 per game. NEVER AGAIN...I couldn't wait to get home
