The suite was spacious. The pool and beach areas were very nice. Restaurants were also nice. Pillows were hard. Air conditioning didn’t work very well. The staff said they would come by to fix it but no one showed up. We were pressured to attend a “30 minute” sales meeting to pitch us on an Iberostar membership which actually lasted almost 2 and a half hours. The food was only alright. .

This is our second time at the resort. Facilities were good, staff great as always, very clean. I didn’t like that we reserved two suites with pool access like I had booed before and were not given the rooms I had paid for. My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and were happy to choose this resort that really enjoyed before. The rooms were close to the pool but not pool access. I mentioned my concerned to the front desk when we checked in and that evening as well, came back in the evening and was told to come back in the morning and again nothing was done. I was offered rooms that were around the same distance to where we were. It really bother us that we had made our reservations two months ahead of time and they didn’t resolved my problem.

shows good during week days. bar selection good. food was good in some places and fair at others Japanese restaurant was the best. Air conditioning was non existent our first room and barely worked in the replacement room. After 3 times contacting the hotel it was never fixed and no follow up from staff. weekend entertainment in the evenings was nothing special. Mexican restaurant was poor. pool was chilly many of the staff couldn’t speak or understand English several times the front desk staff said they would check our request but didn’t follow up later with an answer or solution.

Good buffet and facilities Absolutely horrible experience. Our room was infested with roaches, they were everywhere, crawling above our bed, windows, floor, etc. We complained at front desk, and the lady just said we will send a fumigation team. Mind you, we had a 3 month old baby with us, so we had to stay out for a good chunk of the day even after the fumigation was done as it was not safe for the baby. Even after fumigation, I was seeing roaches everywhere. When we complained again, they finally offered to change our rooms, but it took them a whole day of nagging them to do so. We lost 4 days going back and forth with the management. And guess what, the new room had roaches, a lizard and a centipede. This hotel is not worth the cost. Ruined our vacation completely. Even now I'm worried about the roaches going into our suitcases. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. I understand with the weather and humidity, some insects are expected but a room being INFESTED with roaches is absolutely unacceptable!!

Beach and pool were nice Their "free breakfast". Spoiler" do not accept the free breakfast. We were approached by our concierge to give us a free breakfast in front of the beach on a supposedly better tier Iberostar hotel than the one we were staying. They picked us up in the morning and asked for our IDs and credit card, I was like...that's weird... well by the time we arrived at the breakfast they were waiting us with a legion of sales man...we spent 15 dealing with multiple questions about what we do etc. ok finally we get in to the breakfast, view of the beach was nice, but the buffet that we had in our hotel was 10x better than this. Also you had to spend the entire breakfast with a salesman at your table selling you the "iberostar dreamed membership". ok breakfast is done, im happy now this is over...well not quite...now they took us on a ride to visit a villa by the golf club, this was another 30 mins....after that we go to the golf club were you see a zillion people "kidnapped" like we were all morning. by the way, these guys go in circles never get to the point, completely inefficient business model. they keep bring supervisor over supervisor, as if we had to be impressed by that. ok a lot in between but im getting tired of writing this. finally they tell us the price for the membership... they flash $54K to which I say "sorry no chance I am pying that today or in the near future I was thinking this would be something below $1K", he calls the big boss, big boss sits down asks me what am I willing to pay I say no more than $1K, he writes in a piece of paper, $1K is yours and extend his hand to make a deal. This is what really triggered me. if you are in the beach bargaining with the locals to buy something I get it, but I hold iberostar to higher standards and lowering the price from $54K to $1K in under a minute just smelled like a scheme to me, and how know how many people falls into this trap.

The beach is great. The French and Italian restaurants are good. I reserved a room with a queen bed but got two double beds. They just offered to put the 2 beds together. Roaches in the room. The air conditioner hardly blows. The phone got disconnected on the 4th day and was never fixed. Concierge staff tries to sell you time-shared options instead of focusing on the service. Workers sit on the beach near customers, having lunch and making noise. Ignore the Mexican restaurant; the buffet is better than that.

Breakfast was very good. The location was very comfortable Everything is fine

Very nice and well maintained facility Wonderful beach location Food in the buffet restaurant very good The entertainment program in the evening was very disturbing and in my opinion unsuitable for a large part of the guests in terms of content: almost exclusively playback and in the general lounge area at the pain threshold in terms of volume. I would describe the program as a “scream show”. We met several guests who will no longer travel to the hotel due to the level of noise. A discreet program with live Caribbean music is an important reason for us to travel to the Caribbean. This point is missing. More quality entertainment would significantly improve the overall impression of the hotel. In addition, the optional excursion program is very limited.

Rooms are big and new. Golf cars help you get to your place faster. Some facilities have a low number of staff so you might need to wait a little to be attended. Overall a great stay.

The weather was near perfect in February - low to mid-80s F during the day with a nice breeze. The beach was beautiful and great for swimming. The room was adequate...small but clean. Amenities and activities were within easy walking distance. If the walk was on the longer side, there were plenty of golf cart drivers around to taxi you. We were happy to see that they had 4 pickleball courts, something that was not listed on the website. The breakfast and lunch buffets offered plenty of choices and you had the ability to choose cook-to-order foods like omelets, fried eggs, grilled fish and more. The coffee in the cafe was much better than the buffet so we visited the cafe each morning. There were scheduled activities/events on most nights. On nights that lacked entertainment, we found it at the neighboring hotels but we had to find it by chance. The staff was friendly and helpful. People "reserved" the shaded chairs at the pool so early that it was hard to find one by 10:00am. They did this by laying towels and belongings on the chairs around breakfast time. The chairs often sat unused until noon or later. Dining reservations were a challenge. We were able to get dinner reservations for 3 of the 5 nights, and 2/3 were on the later side...8:45pm and 9:30pm. When we showed up 13 minutes early to one of the restaurants, the hostess firmly pointed to the reservation time, then to the clock, and then to the waiting area where we had to wait at the mostly empty restaurant until our appointed time. We had a great experience at the Greek restaurant but the Mexican restaurant disappointed. We were unable to sample the Steak, Italian and French restaurants. The concierge service tried to push for the Iberostar membership informational meeting. We found the pushiness off-putting.

Amazing resort to stay, you can exercise at the gym, have fun playing tennis or ping pong, do kayak, entertain with daily activities everywhere. Also good maintain facilities and friendly staff. Good quality drinks and food. It's definitely one of the best options and will come back If I have to complain about something, it is about the AC doesn't cool very much the rooms

I really liked how the staff was so nice and helpful! Everything was very clean, the dancers were animated, and the beach was very pretty. I felt like the buffet was a bit small.

We really enjoyed ourselves. The room was clean, the beds very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and modern, and the shower was great. Enjoyed the outside balcony. The food overall was pretty good, lots of choices and always options at the buffet. The steak restaurant was outstanding. The drinks were outstanding and we enjoyed the poolside activity, always something going on (dancing, pool aerobics, entertainment. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. The gift shop here (and at the neighboring resort) actually had good prices, better than the off site which we took a shuttle too and was a waste of time. Advice is to stay at the resort for reasonably priced clothes and souvenirs. Small things, but they were taken care of right away (replacement of lack of soap in shower). Also, the diffusers used in the room really bothered me, but problem was solved by sticking it out on the balcony for the stay. Also, we weren't made aware of the 90 minute time share presentation (was told it was a complimentary breakfast), but when we realized what it was, we left with no problem.

The staff at Iberostar were very nice and provided great service. I really liked that there were water filling stations throughout the property that offered filtered ice as well. Food and service at the restaurants were also excellent The reception desk and the reservation desk were terrible to work with. We paid for our reservation through booking.com. When we arrived, the resort insisted my wife was not on the reservation. They insisted it just listed my oldest daughter and my 2 younger daughters. When I showed them proof that our reservation did in fact show 2 adults and 3 children ages 14, 12, and 6, they just insisted we pay for another adult instead of paying the difference between the adult fee and the child fee. They also insisted I do all the legwork with booking.com to fix the problem, which I did but they still refused to honor the reservation we had with booking.com We were forced to pay for an additional adult without getting credit for the child rate we had already paid for. In short, we are a family of five (3 adults- 14 and older are considered adults- and 2 children) and we paid for 3 adults and 3 children. Not impressed at all with the manager we worked with at the reception desk or their reservation department.

The colors and different buildings. Loved the size of our room and high ceilings and balcony! Our bed was a bit hard and the pillows too.

The food was amazing, staff very friendly and worry about us. I have nothing bad to say, everything was perfect.
