the food was great and the beach and pools where clean. the staff was amazing. I did not appreciate that I was robbed of my time for a 3 hour presentation that took place at a very early time. at vacation I wanted to relax with my spouse and we was walked to what it appears a membership for hours. not only that but we where walked through the villa to see if we wanted to buy properties. absolutely ridiculous. it was not the time or space for that.

The facility is well organized and very clean They need to improve the restaurants booking system and have more staff

the staff, they were amazing, always happy and treat you as family nothing really bad, but it will be nice to have more snacking places around the pool between the breakfast and lunch or in the afternoon, to accompany the drinks

Everything was great The room the pool The food needs a little more quality . The waitress ladies all looked upset people would ask questions they would respond in a rude way not look at you in the eye

Location The key card kept on deactivating so we had to walk ALL THE WAY to the front to re-set it. It would be best if they start using the key-wristband technology like in other resorts.

Not enough entertainment at night, the entertainment team did not invite the people to participate, and the music dedicated only to one country to please them, needs more variation when playing songs.

Beautiful grounds and beach. It was a piece of paradise. Nothing. It was perfect.

The hotel staff are very excellent and courteous and the hotel staff did their work well and professionally everything was orderly and the hotel facilities were excellent. Excellent restaurants with various dishes and we were surprised by their service every day. It was excellent and we will definitely come again. I will travel there

All the staff members I encountered provided excellent support. There was nothing I didn’t like about the property. Everything was phenomenal l.

Everything was wonderful!!! I LOVED THE HOSPITALITY AND THE FRIENDLY ACCOMMODATING CUSTOMER SERVICE. IT WAS THE BEST!!! That I couldn't stay longer
