Iberostar Selection Coral Bávaro - All Inclusive

There was a wall ghecko in my room one night, when I called to report it, the first person that came said she cdnt reach it, the other person that came, came with a towel and told us we had to sleep with the wall ghecko in our room.

The food was amazing. The staff were friendly and the resort was clean. The resort needs more lighting at night. The pathways were dim.

The property tried to charge us us$5.000 additional, because they said booking didn’t send the correct ages of my kids. Booking ammended the reservation but they still tried to make an additional charge. This was abusive and embarrassing, even though booking confirmed once and another that the reservation was ok.

Resort facilities are great. There are plenty of options for activities around the pool or the beach Old and small rooms (we pay for the Coral level). Water in the shower was flooding the whole room. Food options are good but not available or accessible all the time even with reservations. Resort crew are not helpful and seem to always have hidden agenda behind every interaction.

We loved having the opportunity to avail ourselves of all of the facilities and the resort, despite staying in one of them. The grounds are meticulously maintained—they look even more beautiful since my trip nearly exactly 2 years ago. The staff is virtually the same, too—and that speaks volumes for the company. The staff make it their daily focus to insure every guest is pleased with their service. The ice/water machines never had any ice. I know it’s a challenge keeping it cold, but there should be a way to access it without requesting it from the bars. The “oceanfront” rooms didn’t really feel as if they are on the beach due to their significant distance from the water. Getting reservations for the few restaurants was a challenge that never ended for us. Being Coral level and having an assigned concierge for 8 nights made zero difference. It shouldn’t be my second job. The concierge was useless.

Excellent Staff, Excellent food and drinks, 5-star experience!!! our first room had an A/C issue and we had to move after having unpacked everything. They accommodated us with spa credits for the inconvenience but it still took a significant amount of time because we were travelling with a 7 month old.

Only the person mattress at Faro buffet their's it's very gentleman. I arrive at Coral level , room it's not ready I come back at 5pm , 1 room it's only available but the cost in the bathroom very nasty, the other room it's ready at 9 pm . The key doesn't work. I like to spent at good time with my family , the restaurant any it's available for reservations everything its full any day, only buffet nothing it's like woo or great food.for the price , for this price it's better in the regular hotel iberostar. Also room don't have body wash call couple times my husband give a $20 for the clean lady the first and she no bring nothing, no clean well the rooms every day, no refill the mini bar , covid test you pay $35 and iberostar dominicana it's free. SO FOT THE PRICE I PAY $1875 FOR 1 ROOM FOR 3 MIGHTS FOR ROOMS AND FOR SERVICE ITS RIDICULOS EAT BUFFET EVERY SINGLE DAYS , AND ALSO ITS NO GOOD THE BEBIDA IN THE BAR ITS NO GOOD LOWER RON WISKY OR ANY ALCOHOL. AN ALSO CHECK GOOD THE PRICE VERY WELL WENT ARRIBE THERE I NEED THE PAY MORE MONEY. FOR THIS PRICE I STAY IN A BITTER RESORT.
