The hotel was definitely all-inclusive. Everything was 100% self-contained. There was no need to leave the property. If you're looking for a resort vacation, this is a great choice. Most of the interactive, staff-led events are on the family side of the property with the kids. . .

The hotel has a very elegant vibe. It’s big but not hard to walk. If you are in the adult only area you have a concierge that can help you book your reservation and anything you need. You’ll have tons of options to eat and a 24 hour sports bar. There’s a disco and casino and in the beach with an extra cost you can book lost of activities like parasailing, kayaking and speed boats. The hotel vibe is very calm so if your are looking to party this is not the hotel for you. Food is ok but is not great. Pool needs maintenance because tiles are falling apart. Not the greatest customer service.

1....NEED A LIVE BAND FOR ENTERTAINMENT FOR MORE LIVE INTER ACTION WITH THE GUESTS..NOT D.J.S. THAT DOESN'T KNOW WHAT SONG TO PUT NEXT..IN THE PLAZA AREA.. 2....NEED TO UPGRADE YOUR T.V IN THE ROOMS WITH..HIGH SPEED INTERNET & NETFLIX OR PAY FOR MOVIES OPTIONS ..THAT WAY YOU CAN SEE A MOVIES YOU REALLY WHAT TO SEE...SO CHARGE $$$

The beach water was dirty and overtaken by seaweed. They really could have invested time in cleaning it off the shore line at least. Im disappointed that I couldn't go into the water. It looked too scary.

Nothing... Bad service, bad staff, bad food, dirty beaches, not family friendly... Not worth the money at all... Never going back, will not recommend them!!! Everything but I do not have faith that you will do anything about it, no faith that management will implement any feed back, nor that I care about this resort or would like to benefit them. I am not sure why ZERO not an option!

Everything else! Like where do I begin. We had to change rooms because our rooms weren’t cleaned. The second room was not cleaned either but we gave up. Cleaning staff - needs to be fired or retrained. They don’t clean only spread the bed. When they enter they leave no towels, no body products, no toilet paper. We had to go to the front desk everyday to get towels. Food - Horrible and salty. They theme the nights but it’s the same thing every night and it wasn’t good at all.

The rooms, the facilities, the activities, and daily event events Traveled with children and the buffet did not work for the children. My recommendation would be to have a standalone hotdog, chicken nuggets hamburger, tater tots, apple juice stand or location specifically for the kids. He did not enjoy the food at all. We had to leave the property to try to find food for the children because they wouldn’t eat it even the pizza was not a hit for the children. They need finger food

I had a wonderful stay at Majestic Elegance in Punta Cana! The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, making the experience even more enjoyable. The dinner was delicious every night, with a great variety of fresh and flavorful food. The drinks at the club pool were excellent, and the bartenders and servers always did a fantastic job. The nightly shows were fun, entertaining, and professionally performed, creating the perfect atmosphere to end each evening. Overall, this resort exceeded my expectations. Great service, amazing food and drinks, and excellent entertainment. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it! Nothing

This was our second stay at Majestic. The , entertainment staff is amazing. They really earn their money. We do appreciate the different restaurants on site. The double bed was advertised as queen size beds and in fact they were twin size beds, which is very misleading. Some staff only tend to those who they believe will tip. My adult daughters were not acknowledged after the initial water service at the buffet during breakfast. Our AC service was a mess from the time of check in and on the 3rd night they moved us at 2am, we are very grateful they moved us, but at 2am was a little much. The effort was great. The food at the buffet was not as great as the other service places, but does not change that Majestic was great.

The staff was great! The location was great! The hotel was clean and very nice. But there was cats everywhere. There was way too many cats roaming all over the property in the hallways to the rooms, on the private porches and even in the pool areas. They were everywhere so the flees were everywhere I got so many bites on my legs from just walking around.

The club swim up rooms so worth it ! The food was Amazing ! The location of our room ! The friendly staff Loved everything about this stay! Enjoyed the entertainment The spa is also a must do ! The beach !with food available while enjoying the ocean The stocked refrigerator and all the snacks available …so much to love Sorry loved everything !
