Location, modern, clean, well equipped. Nice stay Outside noise on Friday night - loud sleep disturbing music until the early 2am. Not the fault of the property.

Great location! Was very clean and cozy. The lady that met us at check in was very friendly and nice and made sure we got everything we need. Will definitely stay here again. Noting. We liked everything

Absolutely nothing. Staff was unreachable to check in and once a woman in street closed arrived and u locked the doors she was very rude and requested we pay her cash to get in, despite the booking clearly saying they accepted cards. The entry was filthy and it felt unsafe. We had to find other accomodations that were clean and safe and accepted card payment Everything. It was filthy, staff was rude and sketchy. The woman (not dressed in staff clothing), who came to let us in was late, and rude, and requested we give her cash to be let inside. We felt unsafe and left.

The room must have been nice when it was first built. There is a nice kitchen facility. The location is convenient as far as getting to the beach and the 5th. It was very dirty and so loud I had to move after one night of a three night stay. There was mold and dirt build up everywhere near the floors. The pipes made very loud noises non-stop. The rooftop nightclub right next door goes until 3am, and I could hear it with earplugs in. There was also a hidden 5% fee for paying with a card, which is fraudulent.

All was fine had a challenge with lack of water pressure, might have been a glitch. So don't worry.

Nothing There was a noise like a water pump clicking in and out loudly 24 hours a day so I got a bout 2 hours sleep for the duration of my stay and that was from just pure exhaustion. I’d contacted the property and heard nothing back. I’d sleep in a doorway somewhere rather than stay here again.

Big room with all necessary facilities, comfortable bed, good location. The smell (mold?) was an issue. There's something going on with the plumbing that makes noise constantly. It's not too loud, but I'm a very light sleeper and it disturbed my rest.

Nothing!!! The host doesn’t speak a word of English. Real nightmare cause I had a huge issue at my arrival, as usual I checked the bed & that was disgusting ? blood ? stained & other on the bed shits , probably bed bugs…. I definitely don’t recommend it. Also I paid cash & didn’t get refund!

A good location back from 5th avenue main street but within easy walking. The bed was large and comfortable and plenty of hot water. The apartment is getting a bit tired, could be refreshed. There was a smell of dampness which I now realise is a common problem in Yuactan. It was not very clean but passable..

Literally nothing. It was AWFUL Where do I even start. When we arrived the man rushed us into our room and left. We realised we had now water in the entire property (I'm pregnant too). We called and he said he would come and fix it. He never came and we called 10 times. We spent the evening, night and whole morning until afternoon with zero water I the bathroom and kitchen. Eventually we called on another number to see if they would pick up. A woman did and when my boyfriend told her the issue she said 'oh I've been pregnant before, you don't need water'. It's literally beyond words. We asked to be moved immediately or for a refund and she said no. Basically it's our problem. Eventually a man came and fixed the water but the toilet never filled up manually the whole time. The night we stayed there was a drum and bass rave on the roof that may as well have been in our room, it ended at 3am. There is mold EVERYWHERE in the room and no ventilation. Massive health risk. It was filthy, dead cockroaches in cupboards, the comforter on the bed was covered in bodily fluids and stains feom other people, the same as the sofa. The room stank of cigarettes. It's literally the worst place I've ever stayed in my life. A horrific experience. Do not book here.

Clean comfortable conveniently located.

The location, all the facilities, security and privacy The fan and lights turned on by them selves in several moments during night, the walls are very dirty but everything else seamed ok.

The room was recently renovated. The cleaning staff were pleasant. Checkin was easy. The location is very good if you are walking around Playa. All equipment worked. Good air conditioning. Overall, good for a cheap short stay. The high cleaning was not done well. I think this is due to the height of the cleaning staff and pace they have to work at. The street noise and noise from other rooms was loud. The bottom of the walls need painting again.

Toilet doesnt flush properly. No wifi. Check BEFORE you pay to save on suprises

They tried to give us an downgrade pretending it was our mistake to charge more, while looking directly on my app to the pictures from our booking. They also wanted cash without further info for an extra charge again, arguing that someone stole the TV, the microwave and destroy the kitchen plate. We felt beeng handle like Punks. We had a discussion with my 1 year old baby present. That is just... how to say?
