Quiet area The booking ad and pictures misrepresented the property.. There was no wardrobe or closer nor clothes rack. Neither was there desk or table with chairs eating area. No safe, no hair dryer, no daily housekeeping nor towel replacements until the day before we left, we were there seven nights. Typically hotels give water daily, not here. Even a request for toilet paper was ignored. There were no windows, therefore no fresh air or light. We often resorted to leaving our door open. The air conditioner was over the bed and dripped water. The bathroom light didn’t work, they did nothing to remedy. We asked to cancel but were refused without forfeiture of entire money. We contacted booking directly and they arranged a 30% discount. Overall very unprofessional, even failing to take our documentation on arrival.

They try to charge a towel for $900 arguing dirty towel, but it was not, we went to a laundry to clean it in order to avoid the charge. Be careful about extra charges, looks suspicious.

Lack of management.

Huge modern property with 2 bathrooms and 3 beds. Very comfortable and clean A little far from anything. A walk to a local shop/ restaurants, which didn’t feel too safe at night

It was a comfortable place and served its purpose for the couple of weeks I was staying there. Jae Noemie was excellent throughout. It could be noisy.

Good stay. Everything was like the pictures. It was very spacious and had everything needed in the unit. It is located in a walkable area with many grocery stores and the beach, only a 15-minute walk. The wifi was superb! I had no issues working remotely or even live streaming / video calls around the pool and in the unit. Just some construction noise around the neighborhood as it in the area of PDC where they are building up more units to match the demand. But it is not unbearable or a deal breaker. This was a fantastic unit.

Jae was nice and helped us settled in, area was ok walking distance to restaurants and everything. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were very dark, one didn’t have a window and there was a service door without mosquito net that was broken, so we had to keep it closed with a chair. During the night there were some super bright lamps right outside the window of our room, which couldn’t be turned off and there were no darkening curtains, so the bedroom was basically brighter during the night than during the day.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean. Great area, calm but in walking distance to the beach, the 5th Avenue as well as restaurants and supermarkets. Our ground floor apartment was comfortable but a bit dark. We missed drying racks.

The apartment is about 15min walk from 5th avenue in a quiet, residential area. It has more or less what you need to stay and work. The wifi speed is ok to do videocalls and the bedroom has aircondition; the kitchen a ventilator. The person who welcomed me insisted that I fill out a document with personal details and leave my personal information with the property. When I didn't want to do this - because I booked over Booking.com - and asked them to leave the apartment and clarify with their office - the person didn't leave the apartment. They are super unfriendly and didn't help with the luggage or taxis and even though they state that they do cleaning, no one ever came to clean the apartment or change the towels - and I stayed there about 10 days. I received some help on an invoice that I needed but overall, it wasn't a positive experience. There is also two buildings that are built just in front of the property at this moment and the construction noise starts from Monday to Saturday from 7AM to around 6:30PM (see photo that I attached). If you go to the terrace with the pool, you have the full noise experience.

Unfortunately, our stay was not satisfactory. We stayed last minute for two nights, and the room was different than expected. We were missing a sofa, reportedly destroyed by previous guests, which left us a bit disappointed despite the apologies from the communicator (after we needed to ask: where is the sofa we are supposed to have?). The fridge didn't work, and it replaced by a small one. The room had harsh white fluorescent lighting, lacking cozy night lamps in the bedroom. The TV however was nice and new. Our attempt to enjoy the pool was disrupted by an unannounced gathering of approximately 30 Mexicans man, hosting a party with the owner’s approval, causing us to feel unwelcome and leading to an early departure. While the security system with codes was a positive aspect, the offered compensation for all the apologies (after we asked for compensation) – was a future room upgrade – which seemed impractical. We heard this a week after we left and were already back in Europe. We of course won’t be back anytime soon, and even if we were, we would not stay here again. The location, a bit distant from the center, may be less appealing without a car. It’s quite a walk to the center. In conclusion, exploring alternative accommodations is advisable.

WiFi was great. The bed and linens were magnificent. Bathroom was also great, housekeeper was very nice and accommodating. The neighborhood was not touristy with some delicious restaurants on 30. Pool area is very nice. Conveniently located. The choice of institutional white paint and the wear on kitchen cabinets and table gave a bad first impression. This could easily be rectified with paint and would have raised my rating to a 9.

How comfortable the bed was and how clean it was WiFi wasn’t the greatest, we need some WiFi in the pool area as well. My room tv wasn’t working property due to no WiFi

nothing everything, noisy in the middle of building area, a bird which doesn’t stop making noises, far away from the center, terrible crew. just don’t even think of coming to this place.

It's a great location, with access to locals and cheap food. Not far from the beach. Great size room and peaceful stay. Very communicative with staff. I would stay here again anytime. The fridge was leaking water, I'm guessing its due to the heat.
