Location was great. It was clean and staff was very friendly Beach was not useable because of the seaweed washing ashore

Location is amazing. Two minute walk to safe and plentiful shopping at quality stores. We liked everything, zero negatives.

Staff was great very pleasant and welcoming. Rooms were very clean More accessible lounge chairs.
-
Great location, so close to 5th avenue and the Cozumel ferry. Comfortable rooms, good food, attentive staff.

Service was excellent, close down down, Dodd was good, massage was great Manicure don’ t cut your dead skin, just push it.
-
Breakfast buffets is good just the lunch and dinner buffet are no so good as expected needs more or change the variations and test . Also there was many people slip on the pool area due to water
-
Ferry right next to you, small pool, smell of mold, everything was always wet.

We didn’t like anything my room was stink. My water in my shower was yellow, and the stuff was awful. I got my room at 6:30 after I move between six rooms that they didn’t have clear water and bad smell of the rooms are not clean

I loved everything

The beach was covered in seaweed and not cleaned at all. Lots of construction going on. Staff is what made the property amazing. Outdated. Terrible beach area

Pillows, mattress quality

I like the smaller size of resort, food, ocean view , location and staff! I thought rooms could be a little nicer with some simple pops of color and perhaps luxury body soap in showers.

Great location. All inclusive with excellent restaurants and buffet food. Excellent service & staff. Beach close and clean. Pool hours too short. Terrible waste of space to have huge jacuzzi tub in the bedroom. Rooms too expensive and need upgrading ( get rid of those tubs). Took too long to get a rollaway bed (24 hrs plus) and had to make multiple requests.

I just rented for one night in order to sleep near de Cozumel ferry. I asked for a silent room in order to sleep. At 5am I was woken up by birds screaming just out of my room. Later I found out that there is an internal space just near de rooms with a bunch of really noisy birds that will wake you up very early, around 4:30 o 5:00 am. Maybe there are rooms in other parts of the building not near this internal space so I wonder why they gave me this room if I asked for a silent room

The hotel, staff and food were amazing, the whole family really enjoyed the stay. Pool Volleyball games were great fun and got us talking to other guests. Buffet and restaurant food all 5* especially liked Madre Mia with their own cocktail menu and interesting takes on local dishes. They offered us a sales pitch in return for some vouchers which we spent on day trips, while the vouchers were much appreciated, they did go a bit hard sell on the membership with three different people trying to close the deal. We knew it wasn't for us (being a long haul flight away) so we weren't tempted although the last offer sounded reasonable. The evening entertainment program was a bit hit and miss, (possibly aimed at an older demographic). Circus show was very good, magic show was tired and tricks were obvious to anyone who was thinking about how they could be done.

Great pool area, very good restaurants, great staff. Nice rooms Need queen size beds instead of doubles. Not enough sleeping space for a family of four sharing two double beds

Location friendly staff and clean Didn't get the room I paid for and no help at all or customer service to make it right totally ignored me
