No elevator to the third floor So noisy at night The size of the bed Is small

Great location. A safe 2 min walk from the Ado terminal if you arrive late. The rooftop space was lovely, very clean and lots of shade. Very peaceful. Friendly staff, loved the aircon. Nothing. It's not a super social hostel (yoga was the only activity) but no complaints

The kitchen was sometimes a little dirty and the rooftop noise could be loud.

The room had no windows, it smelled bad, I was glad we only spent 2 nights there. I rarely give bad reviews but this one really disappointed me

From the very first moment, the energy of the place felt calm, welcoming, and truly taken care of. The hostel itself is absolutely beautiful everything is s, aesthetic, and thoughtfully maintained. You can really feel the attention to detail and the love that is invested in every corner of this place. But what made my stay truly unforgettable was the manager. I genuinely saw how hard he works every single day, always present, always caring, and doing everything with such kindness and patience. He was incredibly warm, respectful, and calm with me, and made me feel comfortable and at home from the first second. It’s rare to meet someone who holds a space with so much heart. You can feel that this place is not just a business it’s something he truly cares about and protects, and that energy makes all the difference. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone coming to Tulum, it’s the perfect spot to stay, relax, and enjoy the beauty of the area. Thank you for such a meaningful and wonderful stay. ?

Nice location from bus terminal. Friendly staff, all information I can get. Like roof top terrace. Nice and cozy. Nice share kitchen facilities. Nice to talk another tourist. Noisy from number pad key from other dorm rooms , day and night. No closet for jacket. No view from window. I can see hallway view.

The location was great as it was right by the main city center. Lots of restaurants and stores within walking distance. We booked it for the location as it was close to the bus and ferry terminal and just needed a one night stay. You get what you pay for I suppose. The bed sheets had stains on them, the shower was leaking all night, and you could hear everything happening in the hallway.

The rooftop with the small pool was nice. Close to 5th Ave, but in a quiet location. The atmosphere was calm and nice, lots of older solo travelers, the average age was 50+. The bunk beds were uncomfortable. Old beds, if the person above you moved the whole bunk was shaking. No curtains. Cramped space. The wi-fi didn't work, only the rooftop one, but it didn't work inside the dorm.

The people working in the hostel were excellent. My room was large and spacious. The roof lounge area with pool was a plus. Very close to the bus station, the ferry to Cozumel, restaurants, bars, the mall and 5th Avenue. It was an older building, but kept up. The older kitchen area was always busy and sometimes crowded but sufficient.

The staff is amazing , you have the ability to cook your own food . Your food is not taken by others , any questions management is available for you.

The location is great, and the room good. The bathrooms were not especially clean, there are no windows in the bathroom so they stay wet for a long time and had a smell.

Dorm beds are completely exposed like military barracks.

Location, cleanliness, decor, environment

Convenient location as the hotel is ery close to ADO bus station and ferry terminal. At the very end of Quinta Avenida and off a block of it so there was no party noise. We can walk like less then 5min to the beach. Very nice rooftop patio with a small dipping pool. Staff, especially the front-end folks are very friendly - special shout out to Cuauh! On our last day, there was a staff/guest get together which is nice so we were able to chat with some lovely people. We briefly met the owner and he made sure to say hi to everybody including us. If we could stay longer, we definitely will. This place seems to be a nice little community which I very much appreciated. As expected, the area is not exactly in a quiet zone but the noise coming from the street is still manageable.

In stacked hostel, loud fans and competitive atmosphere. Very shaky creaky metal bunk beds with no Guardrails.

Free water at reception for guests Beautiful terrace The 10-person dormitory has a single bathroom with 1 shower and 1 toilet together in the same room, so only 1 person can use the bathroom at the time. Not a big issue since there is an additional bathroom outside the room but it's a weird design choice.

I loved my stay here, the host was really nice and friendly, I felt very welcome and comfortable, the room was clean and had everything you need the bathroom was also clean. We use the pool for a little bit and it's very well mantein and made our stay wonderful I will definitely come back and I really recomend it.

The location, it has a kitchen, the roof top it’s beautiful No courtains, no privacy

Staff was very helpful
