Posada Sian Kaan Playa del Carmen - Wellness Oriented Hotel

Nice staff, comfortable bed with great air conditioning and extremely close to 5th Ave. , bus station and ferry pier. The grounds were lovely and well maintained.

Location is great. It’s a very cute hotel. The pressure in the toilet was not sufficient to flush down anything

The restaurant was closed Maybe the hotel can extend the pool hours.

Second time we stay here. Close to quinta avenida and bus station - easy to get to from Cancun airport. Calm and quiet, nice little swimming pool, close to everything. Hope we get to come back and stay longer soon

The location is great and the staff is super kind and always willing to help. Rooms are very clean and the cleaning lady is always nice to decor the bed with nice towel-animals! You can request beach towels as well. Overall, great value for money. The WiFi signal doesn’t reach the rooms properly, but honestly it was a perfect way to disconnect from the everyday life. When we needed to look for information/restaurants/etc we were just going to the common area by the Cenote where the signal was high.

The location is wonderful! Easy to get to from the bus station, two steps away from the beach and close to lots of restaurants, bars and shops. The swimming pool is clean and we had it to ourselves. The room is spacious, with good AC and comfortable beds. The staff were very friendly. We liked everything about this little hotel and I hope we get to go back one day.

The mattress was really hard and uncomfortable.

The location is very closed to ferry terminal and 5th Ave, which is super easy to access most of popular restaurants and stores. It is cozy place No electric water kettle, and public water is too far from rooms. The room we stayed even had no water at our last night. The front desk is not 24 hrs, the front desk lady can not speak English after 8pm and fortunately she help us to move to a new room to address the the no water issue

Very well run hotel close to the beach. It even has its own cenote with interesting animals running around Spotless and clean Good aircon It was close to the action in playa but also quiet. Beach towels Nice pool Wifi was a bit patchy

Close to the beach and to the Main Street 5ta Avenida Mattress wasn’t comfortable, if you suffer from back pain you are not going to enjoy sleeping there if you go for longer than 4 days

Amazing hotel, with the amazing service, thank you ladies from the reception!❤️ wonderful location and atmosphere in the hotel. The hotel is located 50 meters from the beach and next to the 5th Avenue (touristic street, with the shops and restaurants) ADO bus station is located 100-150 metres away from the hotel. Clean and huge rooms, very nice garden, private and clean pool. Terrace with the wonderful view to the Caribbean Sea, where you can enjoy sunrise views. Stuff is really helpful and nice to all the guests. We enjoyed a lot that time that we spent in the hotel, thank you one more time.
