We couldn't sleep. The music was so loud, starting in the morning..I was unable tomsleep until 5 am. We had a rough day the following day. Then, looking for another place. Waste of money and time. The area is not for kids. People drinking, drunk, drinks in the beach... Awful.

It was alright given the price! But that neighbourhood is quite noisy (as expected), and the fortunately the walls are not that great so i could hear the noise every time. It was very annoying at night! the noise coming to my room

Nice and clean and cozy place. Has no elevator and I had the 4 floor and you have to go upstairs with all the bags and the front staff wasn’t very friendly.

We love the location however the bar next door played until midnight which made sleeping impossible! We stayed prior to Covid and loved this hotel however they have gone downhill. Gardens are unkept. Tv only in Spanish. Water dispenser always empty. No longer a gym and beach club!!?

Very friendly staff Great location Salty water is coming from shower and faucet. The towels colors were gray, they were old and their sides are fraying. There are three pillows and they are all in different level of firmness. There is no refrigerator in the room.

We are so close to everything on 5th Avenue, the mall is next to the hotel, so nice The shower water is salty and the beds are really hard

Loved that I could bring my pet, and the pool area and garden was very nice. Loved having a balcony overlooking the garden area. The beds where somewhat hard and they didn't refill breakfast items. Would also be nice with a small fridge in the room to keep water cold.

Weirdly, Shower water was salty. Space was decent, clean and very centric. Bed was really hard, but everything was clean. Room is basic but well balance with price paid

I’ve been coming here to Tukan for years . The location is great The pool is dirty The pool chairs are garbage The staff are miserable The beds are hard as a rock Shower heads are rusty No fridge anymore No coffee makers anymore

Location & staff Mix of smell moldy with bleach I believe. Since location is great comes along with a very loud noise a girl singing on the 5th avenue till 2:30ish am some need to stop here at least till 1 am the place is so good if you are a party person not good for resting. Beds feel hard or little old but the place overall is in a good location and great for the price.

Great location close to 5th avenue, supermarkets and cheap food stalls Lots of deferred maintenance issues - very creeky beds, shower dropped all night. Needs refurb. Restaurant opposite blared load music all day and into early evening, initially we thought it was a night club given how loud the music was but just a taco restaurant
