It's too noisy, and you can hear a lot of noise from the.Reception desk Great place. Great location seth is great.Just don't stay on the second floor.

We found a cockroach in the bathroom and is very noisy

The convenience to pick-up our rental car. The website photos are completely misleading, the rooms are in a bad shape, the bed clothes and towels are dirty, and the lack of rules for using the common areas for parties after midnight made our stay a nightmare.

The hotel is conveniently situated within walking distance of various attractions and is easy to find by car. The check-in process was excellent, and the staff member was welcoming. The parking area was located one or two blocks from the hotel. At the hotel, we purchased a card for parking, but we were also charged an extra fee at the lot when we attempted to leave. Additionally, there was only a single thin sheet provided on the bed.

Staff were amazing and very accommodating. Rooms were priced at an adequate rate. Hotel location is perfect.

Below average. Just didn’t love but nothing bad to say. You get what you pay for.

Everything was clean and functional, although the pictures are rather flattering Less than 24h before checkin time, they confirmed the availabity of a parking spot. After arrival, the receptionist first tried to question their own confirmation, then repeatedly stressed that “it is not his problem that the parking is full” and made literally zero efforts to sort this out.

Great location in the heart of Playa, massive room, hot shower. You are on top of a club, which does go all night (we knew this when we booked and it was fine) and we had a room directly on top, but it was very very loud. Stayed 3 nights, no cleaning of the room

Clean room Location was ok. Very noise at night, loud music until 3am every day!! The Hotel Ned alot of maintenance. No water to shower, alot of problems Witt plumbing. No hot water,, very unpleasant. Think twice before your booking or recommended.

It was clean and comfortable. There was ac. The banging music that lasted all night. Hardly any window on some, just a mosquito net. If you want a good night sleep this is not the place. Oh and forget hot water. On our last day we couldn't shower.

It was very clean and in a good location. It is very bare bones but the bed was quite comfortable. There wasn’t good signage to identify it once we were in the area. The map on Booking shows it on Calle 12 rather than Av 10. I was looking for a hotel close to the bus terminal on Av 20.

The location is the best, very centric and still quiet The toilet paper hast to be thrown in to a bin but it's not close, so you see the dirty toilet paper. The security box didn't work and I told the man in charge and he didn't do anything.

Nothing AVOID THIS HOTEL. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. NOISY SINCE IT IS NEAR BY ALL THE NIGHT CLUBS. THE WATER DOESN’T WORK UNLESS YOU CALL THE RECEPTIONIST TO FIX IT. (THE OWN STAFF COMPLAINTS ABOUT THIS ISSUE BEEN RAISED A MONTH AGO TO THE OWNER BUT HE DOESN’T CARE TO INVEST)
