I was very upset because I had stayed already twice gave good reviews but this time I was coming for my Shabbat they saw I had a cane and wouldn’t accommodate me and my needs to be on ground floor on shabbas I canceled my stay and they lied saying it’s up to booking. While booking wrote it is up to the property They kept ignoring my messages to them and are trying to charge me for a stay I never took I never checked in

Everything especially the staff It was all good
-
Excellent location and wonderful staff! Nothing
-
Noisy due to maintenance activities
-
I liked the location of the hotel.
-
Great location in the middle of the action , but private and peaceful inside the hotel.

Staff; Location; Condo Size; Price; Floor Plan - Condo Kitchen Equipment below average - very loud Noise after 10:00 pm through the Night due to adjacent Night Clubs and / or Discos around the Corner - no Policy Enforcement regarding other noisy Guests

This place was one of the worst hotels we have ever stayed at. The staff was rude , unhelpful, frustrated any time we asked a question. The noise level is insane. There is music playing every night from 9 pm to 3 am. It sounds like it’s in the room.

Everything was clean well maintained all the linens etc. were high-quality and the staff was very eager to help whenever there was need The hot tub wasn’t working we were directed to the hot tub on the other side of the roof that one was still just lukewarm but that’s a minor issue compared to our overall stay

Central location, close to restaurants and main areas in Playa del Carmen The property looks modern and well-maintained at first glance The reservation was for four guests, and I added and paid for a fifth guest, yet no proper bed was provided. The fifth guest slept on a small sofa/chair, which is unacceptable. One of the rooms included a jacuzzi, but there was no hot water, making it unusable. Very loud noise: party noise until 3:00 AM and traffic noise starting 7:00 AM due to poor sound insulation. The children were placed in a separate building, which is not suitable or safe for a family stay. The room phone did not work during the entire stay, despite multiple requests to fix it. We had to ask repeatedly for basic items such as towels, bathrobes, and toiletries. We were told a room change would be arranged, but nothing was done. Overall, despite the good location, the stay did not meet basic expectations, especially for a family, and does not match what is advertised.

Clean close to 5th ave great staff It was noise when you are in the lobby but once the hit the pillow I was out
-
The bar next door had loud pounding music till 4:30 in the morning. No sleep, other than that the stay was great
-
It was extremely loud, imposible to sleep

The staff were reluctant to listen that the wifi wasn’t working and insisted it worked for them and it had to be my problem. The next day they realized something was down. Basic courtesy is to check when one is asking you first help.
-
Is a lot of mosquitoes, and the lady at the front desk when we arrive is so nice, but when we did the checkout she never said good morning, and we forgot the key in the room, and she got actitud, she never ask how is you staying, comeback sooner nothing if you don't like you job of reception don't due?

Loved the staff and the location Can’t think of much. All the hotels near the strip can be a bit loud. It’s the cost of being so close to the beach and fun street
-
Everything. The accommodations and amenities were great. Close to the action but quiet and serene.

Amazing location, friendly staff, good value. Apartment was stylish and comfortable, exactly as shown on the photos. Rooftop swimming pool was never too crowded, which was much appreciated. Our main criticism was the noise. The building is open on all sides and you hear too much of what's going on outside. It also echoes a lot when people talk in the hallways. Bring earplugs if you're sensitive.

The amenities were a highlight of our stay. We got a lot of use out of the pool and enjoyed being able to choose between one of two roof top pool/lounge locations. The bartender was always cheerful and very attentive. The A/C in our room worked very well and the room was tidy and comfortable. Some wear and tear in the room was noted, but it did not impact our enjoyment or comfort of our stay. The location is amazing, and we would be more than happy to stay with Antera again. The only negative of the property is that it is down the street from a handful of night clubs. Music at the clubs can be heard throughout the night and some nights the music was quite loud and played until the early morning hours. The hotel staff understands the situation and did their best to situate us in a room that is on the quieter side of the property as we stayed over a week.

Hotel is at the heart of Playa Del Carmen and it is just one block to Quinta Avenida. Have its own customer parking lot beneath the building. Right across there is shop where you can buy your basic needs. Room was more than comfy, all the quality kitchenwares, dishwasher, drying machine, washmachine, furnitures, softest bed i ever slept on, we left the room for it to be cleaned 3 days straight and it was squeaky clean each time we return. There were both ceiling fans and air conditioners in the room. So its much more than enough. It was amazing stay that i could tell. The main reason i booked the hotel was the jakuzi and it didnt seem to me that much clean, it may be my meticulousness, again its my point of view, im not being entitled. Also it take an eon to fill the tub and thats a real issue. Water bills may have come expensive for the hotel and it may be deterrent measure to prevent the excessive use but the customer needs it 24/7. And the noise, i didnt have any trouble sleeping nor my family but its really noisy with constant bass beats coming from the discos around. But such is Playa Del Carmen, its a touristic place and nightlife is a normal thing.
