Location is excellent No lift so if you have luggage and you are placed on the second or third floor, very challenging.

Location was fenomenal and the front desk lady super nice and friendly!! The bathroom window was broken; the glass was on the nightstand, no shower door, on one corner of the mattress was full of Fruit flies, why? No idea, I chose a king-size bed, but what I found were two twin beds pushed together, I could feel the space between the beds,, not a big deal I slept on one side of the bed ( no next to the Fruit flies of course)

You can hear loud music and noise from Fifth Avenue all night, but unfortunately this is an issue for the entire Tenth Avenue and beyond.

Drain i bathroom sink was clough , leaking water from shower on the flor. Breakfast was served in different location 200 m away and quality of it was disappointing.

The guy at the front was helpful and amiable. The cleaners were friendly and efficient. The bed and room were comfy, although they would be improved by lamps. The shower had great pressure and heat! Overall, good value for money for the price we paid. The advertised breakfast included in my booking was nowhere to be seen, if it existed at all. Our late check-in was accommodated to but the only payment option I was given was to pay in cash, which was a bit inconvenient. Sometimes, the common areas did have a strong drain/sewage odor.

Nothing except location, but all else was bad. Water was cold, there is no hot water, no water pressure. Extremely noisy kitchen inside the hotel. Nasty service, will not recommend this place to even enemies.

I didn’t end up staying as when I arrived the woman explained there was only 1 room left and the AC was broken. She very kindly offered to cancel the charge if I chose to go elsewhere which I did

The location was close to 5th Avenue which is convenient. The photo’s on booking.com are not a good representation or the property. The property is run down with stains on the walls and sheets, terrible issues with drainage in relation to smell with the showers and air conditioning not working properly. In addition, unlike the booking.com description, our room was never cleaned/ sheets or towels changed during our three night stay at the property.

The location was great, not on but next to the main street. The bed was super comfortable and big with a great mattress. The breakfast was also nice! The shower didn’t work properly. Either too hot or super cold.
