Not worth the value. Shower was hot. But horrible pillows, no wash cloth or hand towel, very low quality room. Better deals available elsewhere for that price.

Great hotel, very clean and comfortable. Would recommend.

Cost to ferry and bus for overnight due run was clean Lumpy pillows and hard bed! Wouldn't even let me fill my water bottle. Staff was trying to get me to change to a smaller room, which I may have gone along with, but when I asked to see the other rooms, they smelled funky! So stayed in the bigger one that I had booked.

We live in Cozumel and were headed back to the states and this place was a great location and price for access to ADO early (4:30) the next morning.

Very friendly receptionist. Room was clean and check in was fast. We got towels and soap. The beds were quite comfortable and there was enough space for two people. There was one big and one single bed. We even had a balcony. It got extremely hot at night but there was a fan in the room that could be used. Other than this, nothing to mention here.

Central and good value. No window at all. Just a fake one with curtains over it. OK for overnight.

The location was great. The actual place wasn't really that spectacular. The matrass was hard there was a lot of residual noise from the area, but that has to be expected from the area. The staff could have carried my bag upstairs. A hostel staff member did this for me in the same area, paid less than half the price of Casa...

Location was great just a short walk to the beach and Quinta Ave. lots of action nearby, OXO for super morning coffee a small table, or somewhere to put our carry on cases.

It is located downtown very near the ADO bus station, and where I was hiring my car, so very convenient. It was also extremely quiet. There is a restaurant next door which offers a good breakfast if you don’t have time to go to a place near the beach. The staff let me leave my bags off to check out for an evening pick up The room was basic and value for money, given the price and how expensive Playa Del Carmen is. However, it did not look like the photos on the website.

Traditional mexican fan cooled room overlooking a garden. wifi works, water reliable and sheets clean. Freindly staff especially Lucio. Reasonably central and much quieter than Avenue 5, just 5 minutes from the beach. Some bulbs missing, we carry 2 plugin bulbs whenever we travel. No hooks to hang things on. No water glasses in room.

no air conditioning. Bare bones type of place. Similar to camping.

The original reservation I had, Beach Balance hotel fell through, suddenly closed? On my way down I stayed at Hacienda Del Caribe, had AC, coffee machine, small bottle of drinking water, small pool, all for same price.
-
Super hot in the room and AC didn't work properly

Located on the Main Street, I thought it would be noisy. It is not. I had a nice stay with the staff always trying to be ahead of the game. Some guess coming late are sometimes noisy.
