the walls are thin so the noise from the streets comes in

I will stay there again. Oh yeah good hot water!
-
Needed to ask for cleaning during my stay

Cheep cheep Well, obviously I knew it was located on the famous(ly loud party street)Quinta Avenida - so duh, it was loud. The party continues on the street as long as people are walking around and might spend a peso - and people walk around as long as there’s a party so - bring earplugs. Cause that party NEVER stops. Fun for some so all good.

Nice Location
-
The bathroom needs an upgrade, rusted and outdated faucets. Very low water pressure and took a while for the water to get hot.
-
Place was ok but my room was right next to a club I think, which made it very , very noisy.
-
Helpful and friendly staff. Excellent location.
-
It is a hostel so I didn't have high expectations but it was not worth the money. Find an Airbnb.
-
The staff neglected to return my passport and I ended up adding 15 hours of travel to my trip and 1800 pesos, then the owner refused to comp a single night at the hostel to make up for it. Get your passport back from them immediately! Don't let them keep it! Or just don't stay there. I take a certain amount of responsibility for not double checking my belongings, but don't expect good or competent service.

The staff were wonderful; friendly and helpful. The location was excellent. There was no good, comfortable common room. Also, it rained heavily a couple of days so it wasn't possible to hang out on the terrace which isn't covered. The fridge is about ten floors from the kitchen. There is no soap in the bathrooms and no light in the bed area. I was there 6 days and my linen was never changed.

The staff is amazing. Breakfast is not continental. is just a cup of coffee or orange juice. Could be nice if in the website they say so . They can add at least some toasts.
-
The area was safe, entertaining The room, the bed were comfortable In the room of eight people, I thought cleaning the bathroom would be done everyday, so reminding the staff, trash can need to be dump and toilet paper, the basic necessities for the bathroom
-
Incredibly friendly staff. Felt like family. Perfect location. Safe. Everything was excellent.
-
Employees were very friendly and professional .Location on the fifth avenue . Rooms were clean. Great view from the terraza.
-
Lovely front desk staff! They have a cute balcony for relaxing and watching the Main Street. It’s an easy walk to anything you need, like Walmart, the beach, etc If you plan to cook, you might need utensils.
-
Location is good and simple breakfast was included an additional 34 pesos was charged which was not stated on booking, the toilet wasn’t clean.
-
An Additional 34 pesos charged per night is something that isn’t stated at booking… water takes long to turn warm, bathrooms are outdated and floors stay wet because of the shower.. bathrooms are not cleaned daily and trash can fill up fast. So dirty wipes/tissue stacked up.
