A great option with a fantastic location, just 5 mins walking to Quinta Avenida. Te personal attended us amazingly. We had an issue with the assigned room, and the hotel manager gave us really good options. We had a problem with the AC, and the personnel quickly relocated us to another room. The attention was the best. Beds were comfortable. The bathroom was dirty and smelled terrible. The room we received didn't meet the specifications and photos posted in Booking, but the hotel manager gave us some relocation solutions to solve it. There is no elevator. The parking lot is messy and without fixed slots, so there are cars parked just in front of others, and if you are blocking other, you have to wake up earlier to move your car.
