The room itself and the deck. No hot water. No Internet. No cable.

La ubicación Que nos estén llamando desde 20 minutos antes del check out de las 12 hrs, fueron 3 veces. Al check in llegamos 14:30 nos hicieron regresar a las 15 hes que es el check in, lo cual no es agradable

Great little gem. Staff was very friendly and accommodative which made the stay extra pleasant. They had no problem letting me use their cowork space a couple hours past my checkout time. Room is clean and it even has a handwritten note from the room cleaner to welcome us for the stay. Definitely worth the money.

I love to stay here when next am in playa Mexico thanks.

Great rooftop pool, friendly and helpful staff, central safe location. It’s like a 10 minute walk to 5th avenue. Bakery/cafe right in front which is very convenient.

Comfortable room with AC and a small workable kitchenette. Room service comes every day unless you say no by putting a do not disturb sign. Reception is open 24/7. This is very annoying but the room WIFI does not permit a VPN connection. The wifi on the hallway, as well as reception which is different wifi connection, DOES let you do that. So you have to connect to an unsecure wifi inside your room, or connect on the hallway with a secure connection which is really annoying. There is no reason for this. I tried both VYPRVPN and NORDVPN and both could not connect in my room.

Location is central. Building is modern and new. Room has everything you need, bed is comfy, and bathroom is spacious. After my first night, I had three huge red bites on my back. They checked and changed sheets right away but my bites just got bigger and itchy the whole week I was there. Also the elevator goes only up to the fourth floor cus they’re still doing construction work in some areas. Staff could be more friendly and helpful too lol.

Nice place. Basic. Condo style. Had a safe, small kitchen. Bathrooms were good. Staff was 24 hour. Clean. Near 30th Ave. Pool was nice. The prices varied from day to day. Inconsistent. I lost my plastic room key and they charged me 200MXN for a new one. TOTAL RIPOFF.

Beautiful rooftop with nice pool, unfortunately it was closed for the all day of our staying there Booked through BOOKING but as we arrived they couldn’t find our reservation, so we were asked to book our night as a walk in. Eventually when we arrived the suite, the sheets on our bed were insanely dirty. The day after we went out for a few hours and asked from the reception to change the sheets, we returned at night and found that "they cleaned the room" but did not change sheets. This night we changed them ourselves and ran at morning. During our stay we asked to speak with the manager and he avoided us. *We also booked a room with a view and a balcony and got a room with a kind of patio, a bit felt like a basement. The staff didn’t do anything to help and most of them don't really understand English.
