Great location. Uncomfortable beds. Horrible showers. Terrible loose electrical sockets in the dorms. Horribly hot room, AC set to 25° while outside was 24°

Good location. Gabriel was very helpful when we had some problems I chose this place mainly because breakfast was included. However, I was annoyed to see that the breakfast served came down to bread, margarine and some jams. It does not offer protein and does not match the images provided. Our shower had problems with lack of hot water on 4 of the 5 days we stayed. Added to that, we had a lot of problems with one of the youngest employees, who was absolutely unable to solve any problem. When we asked for some help, he regretted not being able to do anything.. still have a lot to learn

Location is amazing. Staff seems very friendly. Beds etc were ok. There were some small lockers available as well. Vibe was decent. Wifi was terrible. Warm water in the shower did not last more than 30 seconds. Breakfast was just bread butter, milk and coffee and one fruit juice, not the eggs and the cut fruit they advertise. Bathrooms, showers etc did not seem to be cleaned up.

All was good. Located 4 blocks or less from ADO bus station.buses start at Cancun Airport. 5 blocks from ferry to Cozumel. Located 1 block from the many blocks long tourist zone.Community kitchen with a variety of pans to cook with.Safe neighborhood.

Love this Wonderfull Hostel. Just good energy from the owners and workers. Good location near the beach, good food options, beds are with curtains, litle kitchen, nice rooftop. We had a lot of fun ! Thanks Wabi nothing

David, the receptionist, was SUPER AWESOME. Every staff member was really kind and helpful, but David just stands out. Thank you for the tacos recommendations, David!
