Hotel Levante

Location Unfriendly staff, and our rooms had no balconies so we were placed in a long corridor off the pool area. My friend’s husband had his running shoes stolen from hotel staff.

The location During my stay at the hotel a brand new pair of shoes were stolen from my room. When I confronted the owner of the hotel he basically brushed me off by saying he would call me back after 2 days The call never came in. The owner has no idea of customer service. The owner accused me of leaving the balcony door opened even though we had no balcony or any window that opened. Our view was a lot they used for parking. We had the worst rooms in the hotel I would stay away from this hotel as their customer service is non existing. Given that my shoes were stolen and the established did a terrible job handling it. I would never trust them again we pain over $500 Canadian per night my expectation were that I get some value and that I would not got robbed. STAY away from this place. We also found out that our friends staying in another room at the same hotel had their goods stolen a as well. Brand new clothing they purchased was taken from their suitcases. This place cannot be trusted. It is terrible to know that the hotel cannot provide a level of security that is expected. I suspect it that the staff that steals items from our rooms and unfortunately the owner does nothing about it. Terrible staff but more importantly terrible management/ ownership Places like this should not be in business Follow up after the hotel responded I am thrilled to see that hotel answered. Firstly the hotel has no idea what the shoes looked like and they say that they never saw me where my shoes. YES i would like to see the videos during my stay. Also for the rest of us. I am a 62 year man that paid over $2000 CDN for 4 nights stay do you really think i would complain for $80 shoes? Also our friends only realized once the got home that they were missing a sweater they had purchase as a souvenir. Finally I realized about the theft the morning we were leaving as I was packing my bag. I am complaining because I feel cheated. The sad reality is the owner does not care

very nice hotel in the centre of Pujols, 5 mins walk to the beach. very clean and well maintained, super pool area. room was very nice, breakfast plentiful and of good quality. The staff were all very friendly and very helpful. It exceeded our expectations. the only thing that could be improved is the breakfast coffee, it comes out of a machine and didn't taste of anything, even with a double shot.

Words can't do justice to the hotel staff. From day one, Felisa and Fernanda at reception, along with Soraia at breakfast, made our stay truly exceptional. Their service went above and beyond our expectations, and we couldn't be more pleased with all the thoughtful touches they provided. Muchas Gracias Chicas, por todo... The room was situated above the hotel bar, making it difficult to sleep since the bar stayed open late into the night. We all felt a bit uncomfortable with it, but nothing too concerned.

Exceptional

The hotel staff were excellent. The hotel is close to the centre, everything in walking distance. The breakfast was good and the pool area is immaculate. The only improvement would be to have coffee making facilities in the room.

Everything. Great location close to restaurants,bars, supermarket, pharmacy. Everything you need was walking distance even the beach. Also the staff was really nice. Nothing. Like all.

It’s my second time staying at Hotel Levante because I find the hotel modern, comfortable, clean and in a great location. Staff are super friendly specially Fernanda at reception and everyone is very helpful. I like everything about it

Position, Swimming pool, garden, the room was comfortable and clean and the staff very kind and available Everything was perfect only thing is that the hotel has been renovated recently but not completely. Some part like corridors doors are still the old one and to reach the next level full renovation is suggested

The location was fab, hotel amazing and the staff were so friendly. Only minor issue was the beds were too singles together would have preferred a double, but it was fine.

Located in the city center of Es Pujols, it's easy to walk around at night if you want to have dinner in the city. Parking is available in a big lot located just behind the hotel. They offer (for free) a bathroom with a shower (and clean towels) so you can enjoy all day on the beach even if you already checked out. Breakfast and the pool area are really good. The A/C in the room (at least in my room 112) is too strong: it seems impossible to set the fan speed (fast, superfast, and tornado), and the airflow is coming right to your face. Suggest asking a room not at the first floor (or not street oriented). The price is quite high (but in line with Formentera's standards)

The only good thing about this property is the location. And the chocolate croissants at the breakfast. Seriously the only two good things I can say. Where do I start? For the money you are paying.. whether it’s 3 stars or not, it’s expensive, I expect basic ammenities and standards. With this hotel, the basic expectations weren’t even there. - terrible mattresses. Seriously uncomfortable - No water in the room?? Not even a single bottle - No kettle, coffee, tea, seriously nothing. Fridge empty. There’s no mini bar. - no bathroom ammenities? What hotel doesn’t provide this? (Clearly this one) - Hot water at certain times took a long time to come on. About 10-15 minutes. Again, I get you’re paying cause it’s the location. But seriously even at that price, the basic stuff should be there. A bit better beds should be there. Hotel Levante hopefully steps up, otherwise I would never think again of returning and really hope others take this into consideration.

Fantastic modern and clean with beautiful pool A walk from the beach

The hotel is beautiful and modern. There is lots of choices for breakfast and it's nicely present it. The rooms are comfortable and ours have a lovely balcony that we enjoyed while having an ice cream. But the top mark for this hotel goes to the staff! From the lovely ladies in the breakfast room and the housekeepers to the exceptional receptionists, specially the attentive and friendly man who checked us out yesterday. We felt like home and didn't want to leave. For a 3 star hotels it's expensive, although I think it should be a 4 star hotel because everything felt like a 4*. But Formentera is an expensive and exclusive island and we went during high season so I suppose the price makes sense!
