AC Hotel by Marriott Pleasanton

Location was great, front desk staff was amazing and welcomimg. Parking was great as well.

I paid extra for the mountain view and got the freeway side when I checked. Was told its floors 4-6. Finally got a different room. Booked this hotel to have the option to get a drink at the bar..was told it's closed as the kitchen had an issue. Paid extra for the breakfast when I made my reservation. We'll that was a disappointment of just basically pastries and cereal. Disappointed in this Marriott and unfriendly staff at check in.

When I first arrived, I was greeted by your front desk staff, and I would like to commend them for their professionalism and excellent customer service. They made me feel welcome, and I truly appreciated their kindness. Unfortunately, my positive first impression quickly changed once I entered my room. During the night, I discovered what appeared to be bedbugs in the bed. This was extremely upsetting and made me feel uncomfortable and concerned for my health and well-being. No guest should have to experience this during their stay. In addition to the bedbug issue, I found that the telephone in the room was not working, making it difficult to contact the front desk if assistance was needed. I also felt that the room was not cleaned to the standard I expected from an AC Hotel. The overall condition of the room raised concerns about housekeeping and maintenance. I chose your hotel expecting a clean, comfortable, and safe environment. Instead, my experience was stressful and disappointing. I respectfully request that this matter be investigated thoroughly, including an inspection of the room for bedbugs and a review of your housekeeping and maintenance procedures to help prevent future guests from having a similar experience. Location was great, right next to a huge mall and free parking. The king size bed i got was covered with food crumbs under the 2 layer!! It was around 11pm when we got into bed and had to go speak to the front desk. They moved us to a double queen room with an opposite view of the one I chose!

First time here, and will definitely return. Staff was very friendly. Room was really nice and clean. Will love to do another stay-cation.

Loved my stay here. It was a beautiful property—clean and modern. Definitely great for business travelers and for a short getaway.

Super noisy room. When I checked in I asked if there was a room on the quiet side of the hotel (facing the mall vs highway) and was told first night was booked, but come to the front desk in the morning and will switch after people checked out. Came downstairs in the morning and was told quiet rooms would not be available on night two. Tough to sleep with super loud cars and motorbikes that are modified even with earplugs. Disappointed with the service. Gym had no water or supplies to wipe down the equipment. It’s a nice gym overall. Biggest issue is the highway noise and disappointing lack of help and inconsistent help.
