Affordable, with a convenient, easy-to-find location. The front desk staff could be more friendly and patient. The bartender seemed creepy, asking personal questions like whether we were traveling alone, where we live in town, and where we're from. Since it was just my sister and me, this made me uncomfortable and paranoid throughout my stay at the hotel. When we returned from our event, there were no snacks available in the commissary, which was inconvenient—your other hotel locations always seem to have plenty of snacks. Instead, we ordered from your menu. Both my sister and I ordered the chicken nuggets, and in my opinion, they were hard and nearly burnt. They were terrible, so we didn't eat them. Lastly, when leaving the hotel, as we were loading our luggage, a guest became aggressive over parking in the main entrance area that barely fits two cars.

We didn't use the pool or gym, but the pool looked really inviting,. Love the early check in and late check out. The room was very comfortable and quiet, will definitely stay there again, also free parking, what a perk.

This hotel is very close to Stoneridge shopping centre, which was convenient. The room size was nice and the hotel had free parking. Laundry facilities were also available for hotel guests. The breakfast wasn't anything great.

We keep coming back at the Marriott Pleasanton year after year. This weekend I reserved 3 rooms for a family staycation. Our adult daughter and son, their respective family, and especially our 3 well-behaved teen and pre-teen grandchildren enjoyed a very delightful weekend staycation.

Staff not friendly. Also, when I bought some snacks from the room next to your front desk, the black lady who helped me failed to ring up the items and instead told me "I think your total is $15.00" (for a bottle water and bag of M&M's).......at the very least, unprofessional.
