Well I thought i was getting breakfast but was told it was not in with the price i thought i looked at looked at acomaditon but was told we we didnt It was ok was what itwas

The host was great really helpful and welcoming

Nothing, photos not representstive. It was a student slum Fithy carpets, dirty ensuite, overgrown garden, the list just goes on and on

Staff were pleasant, generous, and welcoming They provided tea bags, sugar and milk They gave me a double bed as I could not walk to the loft due to the broken leg. The pillows were hard The headboard was dusty The bathroom floor was filthy Tap water was cold It was ambit worth the vakue

The only critisism I have is that several TV channels broke up.

very warm welcome... If you are going to Plymouth and on a budget then this place wont disappoint. The room was adequate, a bed, a working TV, Shower, Tea and Coffee. The only let down was my toilet was private but next to my room. I dont believe this is for the rest of the rooms. The breakfast was fine, cereals and hot cooked.... Location 5 min from the railway, 6-7 min from the city centre...... If your on a budget then I would recommend.... Seperate toilet, but I knew this in advance

Was walking distance close the city centre and mutley plane and the property was in a quiet area. Only that I couldn't log into wi fi for some reason.

Comfy bed! Hard to say as it was all great, but warm on a hot day. Open window and fan cooled it right down though.

Exceptional

It was close to the city center & university. The owner (Ekraj) was kind and was always asking how my day was, what I will eat for breakfast and helped me with local guidance.

The host was absolutely lovely and very informative about places to grab a bite to eat and a drink. He mived his car for us so that we could park directly behind the guesthouse which was a lifesaver as parking round there costs an arm amd a leg. The beds were very comfortable. It was also incredibly quiet. We were on the top floor and the toilet and seperate shower room were really pokey. All functioned as it should but my larger friend struggled with the cramped spaces.

large room with comfortable beds and two large chairs. Very friendly and helpful host. Great cooked breakfast. Very close to station and city centre. Shower very noisy.

Very good

I liked the warm welcome and helpful host. The bed was warm and comfortable and the ensuite was clean and plenty of towels. I liked the facilities, tea, coffee, soup, hairdryer and on every landing there was an iron and board. Plenty of plug sockets for charging. A decent TV with Freeview and a WiFi password was provided. The WiFi was very light capacity and not suitable for meetings, presentations or video conferences.
