Beach Hotel Split

The location is great, right on the beach, rooms are clean. Very friendly staff and the owner is amazing. Felt like home.

It was near the beach and the staff was great

The property and rooms were great and you can’t beat the location. Steps from the beach and restaurants. The town has a very chill vibe and I preferred it over Split. Updated, super cute rooms. They’re small, but you’ll be spending all your time at the beach anyway. The whole staff was so welcoming, especially Sarah, at the front desk. She helped with our ferry tickets in addition to local recommendations. They had espresso and pastries in the morning! 10/10 recommend! Also, very affordable!

Everything was good

The curtains and carpet are full of stains. The lawn on our terrace was unusable because it was being watered. The lawn is being maintained, and we were asked not to lie on it. Three or four times, water dripping from the upper balcony SOAKED the chairs we sit on, along with all our belongings. We tried to unfold the sofa bed once, but when we saw the foam inside, we just closed it back up. It was unusable. All the towels have frayed corners and are tearing. Wifi was desperate... The accommodation is decent overall, but for this price, these issues should not be happening.

Very welcoming and friendly staff, always ready to help. The room was also great, we had a wonderful sea view from the balcony. A pleasant surprise was that every day the stuff left some fruits or baking for us in the room.

Great and clean Hotel. The room is big and fully equipped : big kitchen, big living room, large balcony. The staff is kind, pleasant and helpful. The beach is accessible directly from the hotel and the view is awesome. I recommande the room with sea view to enjoy the sunset. The neighborhood is quiet, calm with a lot of good restaurants. The hotel is close to split, it’s about 15 minutes with car.

This hotel is absolutely magical and is placed right on the seafront. There is parking easily available. The room has the most beautiful views. The room was comfortable and had coffee and a bar fridge available. There are very comfortable deck chairs on the balcony with alternative seating also available. The jacuzzi is really clean and was lovely to enjoy at the end of the day. There are a lot of beach bars and restaurants in the immediate area. The hotel owner was really lovely and she surprised us with fresh fruit and delicious pastries. Thank you for a most amazing stay! It was all lovely.

It's literally ON the beach. It's a family run hotel, clean, well furnished. The owner and staff are adorable, serviceable, very helpful. Since there was no breakfast, they gave us sweets and fruit every day!! No restaurant, not even a breakfast room. Tea and coffee and a small fridge in the room. All payments are in cash (be prepared) The "4 stars" notation system is country specific, not the international standard. Podstrana is on the sole, one way road to Split: in August it's totally jammed, it takes hours to get to Split

Very nice place to stay by the beach. Very friendly staff, great lady on reception. Nice, good smelling , romantic room. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Hotel offer sunbeds for free, but 10 euro per day for sun umbrella. Great beach and nice restaurants.

Prime Beachfront Location The hotel’s location is unbeatable. Just a minute's walk to the beach, we enjoyed stunning views from our beachfront room throughout the day and night. The proximity to the beach bars, only a five-minute walk away, provided a fantastic way to unwind with a drink while enjoying the sea breeze. Comfortable and Well-Maintained Rooms Our room was spotless, with cleaning services provided every morning. We particularly enjoyed the Jacuzzi in the bathroom, which added a luxurious touch to our stay. Accessibility and Nearby Attractions While the traffic to downtown Split took about an hour, the hotel's location offered easy access to the charming town of Omiš, where we participated in exciting adventure sports. Overall, we had a wonderful time at Beach Hotel Split and strongly recommend it for a relaxing beachfront getaway. The stunning views, friendly staff, and excellent location make it a top choice for anyone visiting the area. Room for Improvement The only minor inconvenience was the bathroom design, where water tended to leak onto the floor during showers. We had to use towels to keep it dry, but this is a small issue that could be improved by the hotel management.
