i couldnt get hot water at times, sewage smell at times and not lit going upstairs to room.

The location was great, only a block from the train and bus termini. The room was large, and the balcony was large enough to sit on. The restaurant downstairs had very good upscale food.

Shower water temperature was cycling between hot and cold

Great location, big room, clean. Shower wasn't working properly, under the room is a restaurant and it was very noisy, but it was a public holiday so I suppose it was the reason.

Loved the location, walking distance to everything in town and even Pompei. Easy to find and right down the street from train station that also had parking for our car. Communication was excellent. Loved the cute rooms. And the most amazing restaurant downstairs! There was nothing that we didnt like.

Some staying in this room might find there is quite a bit of nightlife and it is noisy overnight. It was fine for us, no complaints.
-
Excellent large room in a great location.
-
The room was clean and very spacious. Close to many restaurants and Pompeii ruins.
-
Great room with super friendly help to get you checked in quickly and help find parking. The staff at the site and restaurant below were stellar and we’d highly recommend them without reservation

Vehicle noise
-
The room was very nice and clean The AC stopped working the second day , and the shower pressure was very low and no hot water

The rooms are big! But like big for Italy and really comfortable and pretty decoration. Excellent location in the most fun street of Pompeii with restaurants and bars but also is quiet, you can’t hear anything. I like everything.. Be aware you have to use stairs but the building is just 2 floors so it’s not a big deal unless you are disabled or if you have heavy bags but thats in you not on the property responsibility.

Very spacious and nicely decorated room. Our contact was very responsive. walking distance to sites and restaurants. The street noise was surprisingly noticeable but wearing silicone earplugs helped tremendously. Also, the showerhead needs fixing. It works perfectly fine, but seems to be leaking into the ceiling. Not a problem for us, but it looks like it could be a problem if it’s allowed to continue.

Convenient and clean lodging conveniently located above a superlative wine restaurant.

Beautifully decorated hotel steps away from the train station. Near cafes and the Pompei ruins. Bed was super comfortable and I loved the two big windows with tiny walkout areas to see the views. I also loved the metal shades that rolled down to be able to also sleep in pure darkness. A bit of street noise which was to be expected for the location. It was not bothersome to me but I could be to some.

Exceptional

The architecture and design is amazing with very large doors and high ceilings. The tiled floor is amazing and the room very large with a balcony. Nothing at all

Close to train station and lots of restaurants. Also close to the Pompei ruins. We walked everywhere. The host was quick to respond to any inquires. The room itself is very large, clean and looks just like the pics. It’s gorgeous. The restaurant downstairs is very good and the service was excellent. My husband is a light sleeper so the street noise bothered him BUT my daughter and I slept just fine.

Great location and facilities, excellent value for money! Great close walking distance to Pompeii square and the ruins, as well as a bar and restaurant beneath the rooms. Great stay. Check in process could have been clearer (it wasn't clear we needed to check in at the restaurant), shower could do with an update but otherwise amazing stay - would come back if in Pompeii again!
