Clean, modern, quiet, great restaurant downstairs with a nice staff, delicious dinners ?? The only comment is the breakfast: 1) not enough variety 2) we didn't like that some guests are asked what kind of juice they want, or they bring for them extra bread/croissants, and for other guests they just brought food and didn’t try to ask. We were welcoming and would like respectful and equal communication among all guests.

Breakfast was good. Location was out of town around a 30 minute walk to Porec centre. Closer to sea. Room as above a large restaurant. This was quiet during my stay but when busy may affect quietness of room There was a language barrier as no member of staff present during my stay spoke English.

The staff is amazing! Friendly, helpful, always going the extra mile! The restaurant is the best we have found so far in this trip. Quiet location and very clean. Owner should think about replacing the mattresses in the room we stayed.

Nice staff, the older lady even gave us some wine and food right before we left after breakfast. Some horses and a donkey were next to the restaurant :). The restaurant was also good!

This was our second time here. Last year we had a really nice time and this year we didn’t disappoint either! The room is spacious and clean, the location is great and the staff is really friendly.

Excellent staff, nice and friendly. Rooms are very cozy and clean. Nicely decorated.

huge room and bathroom. good airco and shower, included breakfast is very good value and caters to your every need. The restaurant is also very nice! a tad of the beaten track from Porec city but ample parking space (and we had a bike so no trouble there).

The room was clean and well equipped. We had really good breakfasts and then we could reach the beach very easily, because of the location. The car also had a good parking spot for the nights. If I’d need to say something negative, the only things are that the bed was too soft with inconvenient frame and in the beginning we had a tricky time to communicate in English. However later it turned out that in german there are no issues.
