Basically most of the stuff, nice hotel with beautiful views, clean rooms and pool area, decent food with all inclusive option All inclusive cocktails were disgusting (maybe it’s matter of taste preference), also once we received not fully cooked fish

There is no garbage bag inside garbage bin, and they don't empty garbage bin even when they clean up the room.

Location. Everything is clean all the way to Poreč. The hotel, room, food, staff were great. No complaints.

Location is good, very near from Poreč center is you need to go for a shopping. The All Inclusive option was really good specially the Snack Bar, even if you skip breakfast or lunch you will find something available at the snack bar. Not only snack but you can get a full meal. The room were really over dated and I am not happy to say there was even sewage smell coming from the toilet, we had to keep the door closed all the time, and rarely used the room and the toilet in the room. Only one elevator was working during almost a full occupancy season.

hotel is only few minutes walk from the beach and other sport activities. Room is small but with balcony. there was a disco night even in in the middle of September. the food was nothing special. for a four-star hotel, I missed plant based milk.

The pools were great. Snack bar was super the restaurant and meals were execllent with amazing tasty variety. Also has more of a restaurant vibe rather than a 'canteen' vibe. Lots of seating areas around the resort, clean and welcoming atmosphere. Rooms were ok, not great. We had economy and classic rooms. Pillows were awful - so need to be replaced!! There are lifts to all parts of hotel BUT many steps also to pool area - totally unaccessible for limited mobility - a shame no lift to this area. Overall this is a great All Inclusive for great food and drinks - I would recommend. I. The area is quite isolated and a very expensive taxi ride to and from Pirec at around 50 euro!!! Shame the hotel doesn't provide a shuttle service. 'd like to see new pillows if I ever returned! :-) Pillows were terrible. Economy and classic rooms are just basic. Many steps to pool area and this should be mentioned as the less mobile would struggle. Hotel should provide a shuttle into the centre as it's very expensive via local taxi.

This was the 5th time we were back in this hotel, I think it tells all about it. Great, child-friendly, clean, wonderful hotel. Staff is always friendly, we are absolutely happy. We will be back next year too.

Vicinity of sea, nice balcony view. No reserved parking for hotel guests. Rooms are small, pillows uncomfortable. Food is nothing spectacular, and, in general, I expected more from a four stars hotel and for the price I was charged.

The hotel staff was very friendly at the reception, also the waiters and waitresses and the cleaning staff. They really deserve all the praise for their work. This is not a beachfront hotel! The beach is about a 10 minute walk away if you want clean sea. We did not have the feeling that we were in a 4-star hotel. When we arrived at the hotel and unloaded our things (23.8.2024) around 2 pm - a rude and unpleasant security guard (a fuller man with less hair and a beard) pushed us away and told us that we could not park in front of the entrance in order to take things out on the trolley. All the places where you can stay for more than 10 minutes were occupied for much much longer than 10 minutes and it seems that these places serve as parking for the hotel staff, in addition, every day of our stay I went to check if someone was unloading their things in front of the entrance and of course they were everyone worked like us, but they were not expelled and insulted, so I believe that this hotel does not like when Croats are its guests or those who drive Zagreb plates on their cars. The food in the hotel is good, but the potatoes are prepared only in two ways: boiled or baked (fried), the rice was too often undercooked or too aldent, the pork belly was almost always DRY, and the chicken often lacked taste and smell (spices). Also, when you go to any meal (breakfast, lunch, dinner) 30 minutes before the end, you will not find all the dishes, which means you will often be hungry, if you are "late". The rooms are very humid, the air conditioner does not work if you set it to 25 degrees, the air conditioner dripped for the entire time of our stay - we reported the defects, the repairman "remedied" the defect, but for the next 10 days, water was constantly dripping from the air conditioner. The sunbeds at the pools are always occupied by towels that no one is lying on and most of the time they are empty. If you want to get your spot at the pool, you have to wake up between 6-7 in the morning and place your towels. In this hotel, guests from Croatia are third class.

The hotel was very nice and clean with friendly staff. All inclusive was great choice as there’s snack bar and coffee bar open till late so we had plenty of food and drinks during the day. The area was amazing, just about 2mins walk to the beach which was located just under the slight hill (nothing extreme). There’s plenty nice beaches around the whole area so we always found some spot where wasn’t so many people around within just couple of mins by walk. Definitelly can recommend this hotel ? Maybe reception can provide more details about all inclusive as if I hadn’t ask I wouldn’t know that we can use kayak, pedal boat, tennis courts etc including our price
