The location in terms of nature is gorgeous. We had an issue with the view out of the room but addressed it and got switched to a great room. Everything is very well maintained and clean. The only complaint I have is that there was a very bad smell near the outdoor/pool bathrooms.

Great and comfy apartment, very silent, except when there's some event taking place but that is to be expected. Location is great, between pine trees and on the shore, with a large parking area. Several pools, including one heated outside and one indoor pool, plenty of hot tubs, spa, very clean. Breakfast and especially dinner is great, lots of variety! What really makes this hotel a great place, above all great things mentioned above, is a great and very helpful and polite staff! I highly recommend this hotel.

Overal experience was more than good, almost great ? . The hotel's location and the property itself were truly wonderful. The reception staff, including Toni, Dragana, Vjeran, the Reception staff manager, and the housekeeping lady for our section (A1), were all exceptionally kind, helpful, and greeted us with welcoming smiles. While the smiles of other employees were not as noticeable, this might be a matter for management to address. I doubt they are all naturally unhappy, employees' satisfaction is just as important as the guests' satisfaction. An extra point would be awarded if there were more smiles. I would also like to commend Luka, Nemanja from the pool bar, and Vladimir from the a la carte restaurant, for their helpfulness. A kettle or coffee machine would be nice in a room.

Great location, good breakfast and evening buffet, lovely outdoor pool area and nice indoor pool. Plenty of pool towels available. Safe in room blocked every day (wait 5 mins and it worked again but still annoying) Some (not all) restaurant staff could be friendlier- more the older male waiters, one in particular was very unfriendly. Not enough selection of chopped fruit, berries etc., cheeses and cold meats.

We had a great time at hotel. We loved the sauna, heated pool, lounge bar and the fact dinner was included too. We didn’t have to leave the hotel grounds at all. Everything was clean, staff were friendly and the location is fantastic.
