Great breakfast and we had dinner there everynight. All meals were spot on in presentation and delicious.

I enjoyed the breakfast, just that it could be a little more.

The MOD and gentleman in the bar area were personable. The room was hot and dirty when we checked in—curtains were literally black with grime. The woman at the front desk was completely unhelpful, more focused on her phone than doing her job. In the middle of checking me in, she actually asked me to step aside so she could help the Caucasian guest behind me. I hadn’t even finished my check-in. She didn’t explain anything—no info about vouchers, the facilities, or the Wi-Fi. We only stayed one night, and when we tried to speak to a manager the next morning, surprise—no one was even at the front desk.

The only thing I can say that I did not like was the pool.It seemed like it was a little bit bigger in pictures, and it was actually pretty small.

Great location, rooms were large and spacious. Good value for Money and the staff were great. Sun loungers need updating. The bar was closed by 9pm.

Breakfast and food was excellent, and the staff was great! WiFi was not functional in my room, the rooms appears to be biotic “dated”…they could be updated somewhat

Great location. Easy to find. Clean, massive room. Calm, quiet property. Nice balcony with a sweet jungle view. WiFi was horrible in my room. Had to open the door to connect. Something was off with the water pressure and heat in the shower. Breakfast was meh.

There was the choice between continental and jamaican, continental was to be expected, eggs toast jam. But jamaican was a surprise of local dishes different every day. Booking.com let us book for a family room of 4 persons. But the resort only has rooms dor maximum of 3 persons. What we really appreciated was that the staff went beyond their responsibilities and arranged for an extra bed in their biggest room.

Staff, Property, my room was nice and spacious. No phones in the rooms to get the front desk and the walk was far too walk up to them from where we were staying. Not enjoying breakfast staff so you had to wait very long to get served.

If you are not a fussy person this might work for you but to be honest I wanted to leave from my first night. The bed and pillows were as hard as concrete. The hot water barely worked. If I had a third night I couldn’t stay. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. I also loved the walk to the restaurant, it was beautiful. I would never go back there again Facility needs a lot of attention.
