The hotel has a look of onew and old, the art works is phenomenal. The bed was so cozy and has a different shape. You surely want to see it. Make your reservation today There's was nothing I didn't like

Beautiful property, quiet, good location. Friendly, accommodating and helpful staff. I didn’t like that there were no privacy curtains, especially on the ground floor. The rooms have drapes, but no curtains for rooms where you have people walking by.

The TV channels never worked smoothly for the entirety of our 3 night stay. On the first day the wifi was ok, but from day 2 it kept saying connected without internet. The internet issue was highlighted to management but it was never fixed, I had to purchase data for my entire family. The room also needs more power outlets.

The fact that the dining area has no AC only a large fan. Receptionist has no customer approach

The big size of the room, overall design of the palace, swimming pool, reliable WiFi, vegetation and flowers. My top recommendation if you're seeking tranquility. We didn't feel the staff friendly, motivated or enthusiastic enough. Hard to find any authentic Jamaican food on the menu, plus overall very pricey. Also, just 1 or 2 sockets available to plug devices.

Nothing to complain about.

It feels like home. The tile floors in the bedroom and low beds. I think the rooms could be a bit more charming. Too basic for such a grand entrance.
-
The architecture, the landscape and the art work Lack of air conditioning in common areas. Lack of engagement of the restaurant staff.

The stairs i am a senior and have t o traverse those stairs to get to my room, the bathroom need some grabbar for seniors the tubs are a little deep

There was a mechanical equipment in alarm mode from 2am to 6 am. Hard to sleep with the noise. Please address for future customers.

the best part was the pool and nearby french mans cove. We were traveling s a family (wife and 2 small kids) and we were one of the few guests staying here at the time of our visit so you would think the staff would provide decent service or at least smile, but everyone looked upset at any questions we had, no one had any idea when we asked for recommendations , no one seemed interested in even speaking to us. Fro the moment we arrived, the reception staff barely acknowledged us until 20minutes later when i said HELLLLO, can we check in? I had high expectations for this place, but was quite disappointed. Half the time there was no hot water, half the time we couldnt get fresh towels as requested. every question I asked was met with "I don't know". Very strange service. I wish we stayed elsewhere

Great scenery

The rooms were comfortable and well appointed. The staff was helpful and courteous. The breakfast was very good and the servings were generous. Having to cross wet grass and walkways to get to the room. Parking was tight and the ground muddy since it was a rainy weekend ( not the fault of the hotel ) We learnt not to leave a light on in the room when going out at night as it attracted bugs.

The room was not properly clean, which was disappointing from the start. The service was also quite poor, especially from the kitchen staff and the front desk. At one point, a waitress even chased us while shouting, assuming we were leaving without paying, when in fact we were on our way to reception to pay for our dinner bill. That situation was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. Overall, a very disappointing experience. The hotel is overpriced for the quality it offers and definitely not worth the money. A completely unnecessary expense.

The property was great a natural gem. Nothing really it is an older more historical building that is quite well kept.

AC was not working properly. Room has a musty odor. Shower access can be a trip hazard
