It was an amazing stay. Bed is so comfortable.

Amelia's Landing is a neat little hotel. Clean, friendly, perfect location, you're able to walk anywhere.

The hotel is a little run down. The rooms should be updated, but the bed was amazing, and it was very quiet, so I got a really good sleep!

Stay away this hotel smells Is dirty and has bugs. You can hear people next door if someone is staying next door. Our door was like odd you had to pull and turn to unlock didn't feel safe, and the shower floor was black. When we checked in the room smelled like air freshener from a quick look it looks old but okay but when we got down to getting in the shower and in bed we noticed roaches which they claimed were water bugs and other bugs. We called front desk told them about the bug and they came to spray raid in the room. The man that went to spray said the bottom of bed is metal to avoid bugs crawling up. He also said bugs wouldn't go under bed either well that's where they were coming out from and back in. We only stayed one night and ended up leaving at 5 am because we didn't feel comfortable at all we weren't able to sleep at all that night. The beds are also odd if you lay or sit too close to the bed you can slide roll off its just weird. Do not recommend. Worst place we have ever stayed at. Also it has a smell we had our dog but when you walk In it smells like air freshener but when you get to the beds area it smells like mold just not good. Lastly the parking lot is so small! We couldn't fit our truck, and breakfast they limit to 6 thinks so you either get drinks or bread no real breakfast . Very disappointed.

The owner was fantastic. The rooms were dated but clean breakfast was delivered every morning at 7:30. You have a choice of a continental breakfast juices, croissants granola bars, fruit cups coffee was in the room,

Nothing it was a horrible stay dirty, smelled and the restroom looked like they didn't even try to clean it roaches and other bugs everywhere. I disliked the whole experience family was so uncomfortable with bugs everywhere

The toilet needed to be flushed several times to produce "results"

The hotel is old and it shows, but everything works med as it should have and the location is great. The easy come and go was nice as well. We would stay there again.

Check in was easy and staff was very friendly. They offer a door delivered packaged breakfast which was an unexpected perk. Room was clean. Amazing location within walking distance to restaurants, etc... Like most places in Port A, it is overpriced, but we got what we expected and it met our needs for one night. Like a typical beach room, the room felt damp and a bit musty. Nothing out of the ordinary. Pool area was dirty and run down, but pool water was clean.

Very clean and comfortable. Great location, shower, bed, price. Nice perk to have breakfast delivered to the door. Room was small but great for a short stay.

The breakfast was ok and they delivered it to the door each morning as promised. The location was great and the price was good. The staff was very friendly. The pool was not able to be used during Our 3 day stay which was pretty disappointing because I was looking forward to using it and the a/c in the room didn’t cool the room well.

Each room has a different aviation theme, ours was Charles Lindbergh, interesting info on the wall to read, office staff, Prey, was very kind.

Breakfast was great the blueberry muffins are delicious! The towels were full of hair from other people. Almost every single one... Please look for and pick the hair off of the towels after drying them.
