Room was clean and had good hot shower with plenty of pressure. Beds are very hard and the bed frame kept making noises every time I moved they need to be updated. Overall was pleased with the room. Would recommend.

To begin the picture that was on Expedia was not the picture of the room we booked. The room did not have carpet. It had tile and was not well swept. Staying in Port Aransas meant there was sand on the floor and my sister who was with me slipped on the sand in the room and fell and broke her wrist. We called an ambulance, and I called the front desk to let them know and no one came to check on us or to make sure everything was OK. Not one time did any of the staff members come to the room while the ambulance was there. I called them and asked them to go sweep the room to get the sand up before we came back from the hospital and the housekeeper who did come swept one spot of the room and that was it. We rented a cart from the hotel and the Bluetooth didn’t work and there was a wire hanging out from underneath the cart. When I told the staff at the office about the cart she said she was sorry and asked if I wanted to rent the cart again. There was also a roach in the bathroom. Once I spoke to the manager, she made sure a report was filed and said they would contact Expedia about trying to get us a refund. That was 14 hours ago. I still haven’t heard anything.

Rooms smell like straight dogs… (as they allow 2 pets per room) Our AC was outdated and was hot every night Tv and wall mount fell right off the wall during our stay.. Oh and walls so thin we had college kids stay next door and could hear every word of conversation they had. To the point where you could hear their beer cans popping open

On your website it offers payat property. Per their policy they take half 24 hours before my check-in. very deceptive. Staff was rude. Room was filthy I took multiple pictures. Room looked nothing like pictures. Beds awere small and so uncomfortable property is iin poor condition .I had to call front desk immediately after getting to my room because it smelled like feces. She banged so hard on my door. Very unprofessional. Worst experience if my life. I'm so stressed out over this experience. I went to relax and non if that happened . I

Room smelt like mold and urine. Microwave is damage, rusting inside. The entire room is horrible! When you sit in the toilet you’ll feel as if the toilet is going to break! I do not recommend this place!

Unfortunately the room above us had a night person. Walked around the room till 1:00 am...could hear everything. The walls are paper thin. Property looks old, but clean.

Only complaint we had was one of the employees just checked in a family and we walked in at 7 pm to get our free drinks for happy hour…. The employee honored it for the family that had just checked in and we followed them to the locked fridge. She said since we walked in right at 7, we can’t get drinks. I understand we walked in at the cutoff time and they have the right to refuse service to anyone but she was honoring it for the family that just arrived and was opening the fridge anyway. So we thought it was a little rude that she didn’t honor it for us when we had already been staying there 3 days.

Very friendly staff. We stayed during the week and they had a free happy hour. 2 drinks, the good stuff and snacks. They even gave us bottled water, microwave popcorn and a fresh cookie at check in. Best to bring your own towels if you are using the pool. Pool is small, breakfast had eggs/meat/waffles/cereal/yogurt, I think I even saw some making chocolate batter waffles. Not fancy but good value, we will stay again.
