Davis, hotel staff, was very helpful. We had a issue with a Smoke Alarm and he was able to facilitate repair quite rapidly. Great Job!!!

Everything was so amazing but the only thing was that our room wasn't as cold as the kids room and no dishes or anything for us to use

The hotel is run down. The lady working the front desk was very nice. And location is good but the hotel needs TLC.

The room was very clean and even with 3 beds there was still plenty of space and it was nice to have a stove top to cook on. Only bad thing was the bathroom door would not close properly had to slam it shut, overall very nice place to stay and having the grocery store right behind it made it easy to purchase groceries. Will definitely stay there again

First of all I have stayed in a lot of hotels but this was the one that I was afraid I was actually going to leave with something more than I came with. The bathroom shower was filthy. There was mold in the grout on the walls and the floor to the shower had one spot to where you could stand to actually stand that was clean. The bed was hard as a rock with a bed spread that had so many cigarette holes in it that it looked like Swiss cheese. I will never use this hotel again.

Yes it’s in the middle of all the shops and restaurants but this place is older and the AC went only up to 75 degrees max in each of the 2 small rooms.

Quick booking for a last minute trip and the price was very reasonable. Quick check in and room was very accommodating

When we arrived, the first thing we noticed was that the coffee, ice, and juice machines all had “Out of Order” signs on them. It honestly felt like the signs were placed there to discourage guests from using them, especially since they were removed the very next day. The following day, my husband went downstairs to get ice and was immediately questioned by management about who he was. He was then told we would be charged because we had taken “too much” ice. I even offered to go to the store and purchase more ice myself, and suddenly it was no longer an issue. Another concern was that the hotel does not provide “Do Not Disturb” signs. Housekeeping entered our room, and it felt like they were looking for anything they could charge us for rather than simply cleaning the room. I also requested additional towels after finding hair woven into the fibers of one of the towels that had been left in our room. I was told we could be charged for requesting more towels, even though housekeeping had only left us two. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. Between the poor customer service, the cleanliness issues, and feeling like we were constantly being watched or threatened with extra charges, I would not recommend staying here.

The owner/manager Dee was wonderful and accommodating! We were able to check in early and there was no rush to check out. The hotel is centrally located within walking distance to restaurants, grocery store and gift shops. It is not within walking distance to the beach though. They have a pool that was clean and well maintained. The hotel is nothing fancy, just functional for escaping the heat, sleeping, showering and relaxing for a bit. The room and bathroom were clean. It worked for my family as we spent most of our time out and about exploring the island. I’m definitely staying with them again on my next trip.

Dee was amazing! Showed me two rooms to choose from and let us check in early. Rooms were very clean. Customer service was great! 10/10 coming back.

The staff was very friendly, and our room was cleaned promptly during our stay. I especially appreciated that they called us immediately after we checked out to let us know I had forgotten my spare cell phone battery. Thankfully, we hadn't made it to the ferry yet, so I was able to go back and retrieve it. Their honesty and attentiveness meant a lot. The price was what we expected for the summer season. Overall, we had a great experience and would gladly stay here again.
