Amazing

Staff was unresponsive and not helpful. Too many deficiencies and complaints to list was totally not worth the money spent will never be back again.

Rooms were clean. Good location to dining and shopping. Breakfast was good. Pet friendly.

Best place to stay! Everything was wonderful, from the comfortable accommodations to the hot breakfast every morning. Happy hour was an added bonus that we looked forward to each day. Don’t forget to check out the pool! We had a fantastic stay and can’t wait to come back!

Comfortable rooms, good breakfast and happy hour Mon-thurs 5-7:30. 2 drinks per person. Other hotels don’t offer that.

We stayed here one night last month and decided we needed to come back for longer, this month, and we are so glad we did.

Small bathroom, toilet paper holder broke when I grabbed paper, fan sounded horrible.

Our stay was amazing! Everything was clean and well maintained.

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean. The shower was great. The floors are vinyl plank which I loved. No carpet! The beds were comfortable. The a/c was cold. Very good 4 night stay.

Overall the stay was great. The toilet gave us concern due to only flushing part time. Had a minor issue with the gulf cart but they fixed that immediately. The pool was very nice. Would I recommend, yes I would

We stayed in room 133 at the far end. Our room was clean and the bed and bedding and pillows were super comfortable. Kendra was the wonderful lady that checked us in. She became our go to for all things Port A. (Like our own personal concierge.). She set up happy area in the lobby every afternoon and would chat with us when not busy with other people or duties. Breakfast was great. There were eggs, potatoes, sausage or bacon, waffles, juice, etc. The air conditioner was fabulous and kept our room very cool. The refrigerator worked well and kept our food and beer cold. Our room had a kitchenette that was part of the open floor plan. We ended up not using the oven/stove though except as an additional counter. You definitely want to take advantage of the option to rent one of the golf carts. The rate is more than reasonable and cheaper than other options I looked into. One of the maintenance guys noticed one of the tires were low and filled it for us. Since the carts are onsite, renting is not only cost effective, but convenient. I felt the location was convenient and close to the beach and wharf and restaurants, etc by cart. If you are looking for extravagance, don’t stay here. If you are looking for clean, comfortable and a reasonable price, this place is for you. The only drawbacks are no shade over any part of the pool, and no rail at the end of the pool where the steps are. There are hand rails down by the deep end but the steps down the side are very narrow.

the staff was very nice very accommodating. very friendly. the first room was just cleaned and smelled of clearing products which was only but we laid down on the bed and looked at the ceiling it was covered in mold . we asked tor another room. and the staff was apologetic and h go it us s new room . this room smelled better and was clean. the only problem when you opened the fridge it. smelled like skunk. it need y have baking soda put into it to draw it out . we left because we didn’t use it much. and when it was closed you couldn’t smell it .the breakfast wax ok. it’s what i would expect for a budget price hotel. again no problem with the staff .

I pulled into the property later than I’d planned and when I went to check in, I not only got a goodie bag with water and snacks, I was told it was happy hour with free drinks and snacks. It was great! The breakfast was wonderful and the place is less than a mile from the beach and rents golf carts right there if you need one. Great place!

Have used this hotel for years. Check in is easy, staff is friendly, breakfast is tasty, rooms are clean. I have recommended it to many friends.
