Shark Reef Resort Motel & Cottages

No hot water in the shower was rough. Wish room had curtains so it wasn’t so bright. Door between rooms wasn’t sealed well so listened to dog next door bark consistently. Would stay again though if it was cheaper than other options. Liked the hot tub and pool just wish had some shade when hot. Pool deck is super hot too

Looking forward to staying there again.

The staff and property was wonderful the only downside was that we had a non smoking room but it smelled like cigarettes and weed.

The A/C has to be set in the 60's otherwise the humidity will cause the room to develop moisture on the tile floor. This temperature has to be maintained throughout your stay and it gets way to cold at night to sleep. We increased the temperature and woke up to puddles on the tile floor.

Property was clean friendly staff

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The mini fridge was not functioning and the shower had very low water pressure. Also there were not a lot of outlets for charging devices.

Staff was incredibly kind and helpful during our stay! The location was 10/10 so easy and quick to get to the beaches and restaurants! My daughter had the most fun in the pool. We stayed in one of the cottages and it was the perfect size for our long vactaion. This property felt nostalgic and fit the island vibes we were hoping for! Family friendly! The beds were not very comfortable. My husband and I had difficulties sleeping due to the discomfort. There were some hairs in the shower when we first checked in. The rest of the cottage was very clean and well maintained.

Property was very clean and quaint The staff was super accommodating. Jennifer was very helpful getting supplies I needed for our fishing trip. She was very kind and we also loved her mascot who was just as friendly meeting all the guests with a tail wag. We only stayed 2 nights for a fishing trip.

Love the Shark Reef..well kept..friendly staff.. location is great.. everything is walkable✌? Not really a complaint..the king bed was a little to tall.

The room was super clean and comfortable, and the pool had an amazing design for relaxing. It would have been nice if the room had more outlets.......especially in the bathroom. Made it hard to get ready to go out.

We always have an amazing time! Room are very clean and beds are comfy! The playground and pool are added bonuses! Love it here! The only place we will stay!

Location was great and it was a spacious room. I needed an iron but the room did not have one.

They have smart tvs but they’re not capable of hooking up to the internet. They do have cable though.

No AC remote tv no batteries we had 5 people, only gave 3 towels when asked for more staff said we couldn’t have anymore. Beds uncomfortable and door hard to lock/unlock
